First visit months ago was great. The woman did a great job on the gel pedicure. So I went back yesterday and experienced the worst pedicure service ever! The lady rushed through my pedicure when more people started coming..she was the only one at the time and other workers were slowly coming in. I requested a gel pedicure and I was so disgusted to the point I’m on my way as I type this review to a different nail salon to fix the mess. You can see my nails through the color, it is so horrible I was so upset I couldn’t even complain. She did a horrible job with the pedicure and I won’t be back and I’ll be sure to let other people I know not to waste their time and money there.

Awesome owners!! I’ve been coming here since there grand opening, an let me tell you I only have the wife or husband (owners) take care of me and they are always perfection and immaculate gorgeous exactly how you tell them what you wanted?!

Definitely recommend them and always my go to nail salon!!!

They are so good at what they do I only go here because they do my nails really nice if you’re ever in Chelsea mass come do you’re nails here ❤️❤️

Love this place! My nails look amazing and flawless! Was a little bit of a wait but they were short staffed and it's a friday so what did you expect. But again not too long and the job was worth the wait! Thank you again you guys I'll see you soon!

Terrible customer service if you do dip they will do a gel manicure first even if you are waiting longer. You can’t ask for anything to be fixed because they get mad and blame you like you are the problem. Years of money and always being polite I’m so fed up with this. Learn to treat your loyal customers instead of treating us like we are a burden.

They make beautiful nails but make sure you go early during the day cause when you go near closing time(5pm)even tho I got there at 3:30pm, they would rush on your nails and do whatever they prefer to do(I asked for a full set and the lady told me to go back the next day and instead she did me a gel manicure), also some of them are very harsh on the cuticles during gel manicure, got them hurt on this session. Overall they are nice people but need to upgrade their customer service a bit.

After all these years coming to this business I’ve never had a problem. But today I was waiting for almost three hours for someone to do an acrylic overlay, and only one lady know how to do this. After telling me yeah they can, out of no where they said they cannot do it and that the lady is going to leave . I wasted three hours of my life for this

Do not waste tour time here. I have been a client for a few years and the more I go the more lazy they are and the more professional they are. I asked for a gel manicure and the lady that did my nails cut me all over my fingers after I kept telling her she was cutting me. She also file them wrong and there’s spots that are not painted. I as someone that works in the beauty industry I don’t recommend this place.
