Impressed and Grateful:

In life, not everything goes right and that’s understandable. However, life isn’t about things going as planned and always being perfect. The way we respond when something goes wrong says a lot about our character and values. I am impressed with the way in which RevitalizeU handle an unfortunate and unplanned situation.

In May, I started with a new stylist after my long time gal, who knew me well, moved out of state. Unfortunately, I had a color experience that went very poorly in almost every way it could. My hair was the wrong color, wrong design of color, and damaged.

I reached out to Alyssa (another stylist) and she set me up to come in the next day to begin the process of repair. It took 4 trips and 5 months, but Alyssa and owner Sarah made sure to cover the time and costs of repair when applicable. Sarah personally met with me to fix my color right before my brother’s wedding. I’m now back to where I wanted to be when I started the journey in May and I’m grateful they made it right!

Also, they might have the best shampoo/head massage stylist around, Shanela. Worth it just to have her wash your hair!

Now that they know me and my preferences, I’m excited to return down the road. I’m glad they added details of my preferences to my file for future reference

I used Salon Ludic for my recent wedding, for myself, bridesmaids and mother for our hair and make-up. The gals here were wonderful. They were accommodating, friendly, and very professional. It was obvious they really care that everyone was very happy with their work. They were incredibly patient, and did fantastic work. I would highly recommend working with Salon Ludic to everyone.

The mission was, cut my long hair into an asymetrical pixie cut. And let me tell y'all Kaylee did an amazing job!!!!!!!!! Since I wear glasses then end result was also a big surprise for me, and it was an amazing surprise. Kaylee cut the hair exactly how I wanted, I absolutely loved it. She was very sweet, kind, and professional throughout the entire cut. Highly recommend Kaylee as your stylist and this Hair Salon!!!

I've finally found a stylist who knows how to deal with my curly hair! Lindsey provided a great consultation before she did anything to my hair! First she did a bit of cutting to my dry hair, then washed and defused it, then finished the dry cut. She explained why she was doing each step. I also appreciate that she was sensitive to the fact that I've recently lost about 2/3 of my hair due to a medical procedure, and she listened to my concerns and gave me the best cut and style to maximize the hair I have left! I'll definitely go back!

Alyssa was amazing!! I came into the Salon with very little explanation or expectations for my haircut and she did wonderfully! It’s been a few days and I’m still falling in love with it! She handled my hesitancy with questions and small talk and it was just a spectacular experience overall.

Lindsay was passionate about hair styling/cutting/coloring in a way that keeps your hair as healthy as possible! She also cut my hair beautifully, chopped 10 inches, thinned it out, and made it look so natural instead of like I just got a fresh cut. She did amazing work on my hair! I highly recommend Lindsay and salon ludic!

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly & the atmosphere is awesome! Kaylee is so fun to work with & does a great job every time!

I was SO HAPPY with my visit at Salon Ludic! I hadn’t had great experiences with other salons in the corridor and I was looking for a salon to call home. When I first booked at Salon Ludic, I was immediately impressed with their prices and their availablities. When I stepped inside, it was a gorgeous space with friendly faces all around. I had Alyssa and she knew exactly what to do with my hair and my brows and I felt like a brand new woman! She was professional and so nice to work with and was able to recommend some awesome products to protect my hair. I can’t wait for my next appointment!
