Have been driving past at least 4 cafes for years to get to yours but this afternoon felt completely let down. On a set 1 breakfast the bacon / fried bread were burnt, the beans overcooked and sausage tiny. On top of which was over charged for what was already an expensive meal. I did not bring the food issue up with the staff because I was so angry and felt that I would probably have been unnecessarily rude. The usual high standards and value had vanished.
Great cafe. Clean and tidy. Beautiful girls serving. Great fry up. Lovely bread. Very important. Great marketing too. Would recommend
Full English breakfast lovely and fresh on both days I went there while I was staying across the road in hotel definitely recommend anyone to go there for food
The place only accepts cash and is quite expensive. Expect to pay £11+ for a full English and cup of tea. Staff and friendly and food is good quality and lots of parking out front.
Lovely cafe. Had spaghetti Bolognese very good tasty with masses of spaghetti. Good coffee. Nice clean place including the toilets. Friendly staff. Lots of choice for food and drinks also do sandwiches and other snacks. Open early for breakfasts and closes after lunch.
Big portions, fast service and reasonable prices. Typical greasy diner but it was just what we needed. The omlette was good. Bit of a lack of vegetarian breakfast items.
Fantastic cafe, good quality food and has been for years. Lovely team run this place.
They only take cash, read into that what you will. Off to find a coffee from somewhere that knows it’s 2023.
