I have been going to this salon for the last 8 yrs I started with Cindy, then Diana and for the last few years I have been with Birdie. All 3 techs do phenomenal work, however the customer service has really declined since Cindy went out sick over the winter, several times I have showed up for scheduled appointments only to be told my technician isn’t there. Today I showed up asked for Birdie only to be told she hurt her arm but “ anybody can do die you” Well clearly that isn’t true not everyone can’t do my French manicure is horrible every white tip is a different size and all my nails are off set. I asked when birdie will be back I was told I don’t know she hurt her arm. This too is a lie she isn’t coming back she quit as of 7-1 but no one will tell the truth. If you are looking for honest exceptional customer service STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I Am DONE
I started going to rejuvanail a few months ago and I have yet to be disappointed! Cindy Is always willing to do any design I bring to her and she perfects it each time! Price is more than reasonable and everyone in the salon is super friendly 10/10 would recommend this salon if your getting your nails done in broome county!
Best nail salon in the Binghamton area! I have tried many salons around the area and Rejuva Nail salon exceeds all expectations. Cindy and the rest of the staff are very professional and care about their customers. They always can schedule me the day I call and their prices are very reasonable. They provide hot stone massages with their pedicures and wax dip for your hands after manicures, a luxury many salons don’t provide. Love them!! Highly recommend.
It was a great first time experience with Kim. She has such a serene and calm presence. Very precise when doing manicure and pedicure. I would definitely come back.
I asked if they do Gel Nails!!!
They have no idea what that even was. They kept pushing the gel nail polish. Since my nails were already prepped I had to substitute for the pink acrylic. Worse decision ever. But I had an appt soon after. No time to go anywhere else. The end result wasn't great and they were diff colors, some thick and one had a dent. Also, too, went with a bubble something gel polish tht was suposed to look natural. Wrong!! After washing hands ( my personal opinion i feel they shld have clients wash hands first... germs and grime) she gave a paraffin wax on my hands without asking.. great touch but not so gr8, especially if the client has sensitive skin and cld possibly develop a reaction to....( Also I may now as a client, assume that's part of the service and xpect it every time for FREE! ) Which I'm very surprised didnt happen. Becus I break out very easily.
All in All Just don't go there if u want or Expect Gel Nails. !!! However the older lady that provided the care was nice even with the absolute communication barrier.
Giving 4/5 stars because the nail tech did a good job on my feet but was rude. Feet were in major need of TLC which she did very well. However, she rushed me out in the Dec. cold with my pedi flip flops on.
I called ahead to see if they could fit me at 4 (they close at 5). The salon asked if we could do 3:45 instead. Arrived at 3:40, still waited 10/15 minutes to get started. She left part way through to run my card, but didn't return for several minutes. After painting my nails I sat under the dryer for less than 5 minutes (I checked) before she rushed me out the door at 4:40. She said to "wear the flip flops out" which means she knew they weren't dry.
I understand it's close to closing, but I arrived early and checked if they could take me during that slot. She did good work but that interaction left a bad taste in my mouth.
Do not go here I made an appointment for 3:15 hours ahead of time I showed up at 3:10 and a Gentleman walking behind me everyone was helping someone except for one lady I told her that my appointment was at 3:15 for gel manicure and she proceeded to ask the gentleman if he was getting a pedicure and he said yes and she took him ahead of me and then proceeded to tell me that I would have to sit for 40 minutes before they could help me how frickin rude! None the less they were very rude to me when telling me this and I said but my appointment was at 3:15 and they just stood there looking at me like it was my problem!! Why even have somebody make an appointment if you're not even going to take them at their appointment time and make them sit and wait for you to do a 40-minute pedicure before doing their gel manicure that they called hours ahead of time for??
It was my first time here, and I chose this salon because I read all of the reviews. I got a dipped manicure by Cindy, and she was very nice and took her time. My nails look great! I will be going back!
