I went to this place because its the closest to my house. I went in to get them removed because I've been getting my nails done at Glamor Nail and Spa by Lowe's in Apple Valley. They do pretty nails there but they're always lifting. So I went to this place to get them removed and expected mold and water damage. The lady who did my nails said there was no damage so asked if I wanted them back on, I did because I was going on vacation. She did my nails so pretty, everyone of my friends and family said that its the best I've ever had. I'm due for a fill but ill post a pic. She didn't charge me for removal and only charged me $50 for a full new set. The place by Lowe's was charging me over $60. Will be coming back here for good! Thank you for my gorgeous nails! ???? Everyone in Oklahoma loved them too! ????
Went in 7/2 for a fill. The lady that did my nails said powder was not drawing, but still attempted to do them.
I left a few hours, did a few arrands, than noticed this. Ruff lumpy terrible nails.
Called them a few hours later, was told to come back in. For a gentleman to tell me it is just the top coat. Attempted to repair them yet again. Wasted my time and gas.
And still not right. Not to mention the price I paid for the fill. Pictures of first tempt and than second attempt. Keep calling now and they told me need to talk to manager.
Now I have to walk around with embarrassing ruff nails.
First time I came in, great service and my nails looked amazing. I came back in a second time and got the same exact service and nail polish. The man doing my nails thought I had acrylics on, so I had to correct him that they were not acrylics. He was also going to leave rough edges on my nails that were going to catch on things. To end with it, my french tips are not even. After the service, I got into my car and immediately my nail polish started to flake off without even doing anything to them. Very disappointing and paid too much for my nails to be doing this.
Look at these toes n eyebrows!! They're perfect! I was in a time crunch and Thank you for getting me out in time!!
I came here on a week day 30 minutes after they opened. I was greeted and told it would be a wait . That was fine ..an hour and a half later I was taken back to begin my pedicure (gel polish) ..I showed the gentleman a photo of the nail design and color for my manicure to be sure he could do it..he said he could with powder not gel ..that was also fine...so now we are starting the manicure and I know it's been a while but I'm pretty sure he's putting acrylic powder on my nails ! I let him go ahead because I figured he knew what he was doing for the desired affect. Needless to say he finishes applying the acrylic, then proceeded to try to create the ombre design using gel polish!!! After 3 tries on 1 finger he says he can't do it !! So not only do I have an acrylic overlay on my nails but I'm trying to brainstorm another idea for a design ( did I mention this with for the super bowl!!) Any how ...I was sad and out of time I ended up with lumpy acrylic on my nails that chipped after a few days and gel polish on my toes that came partially off after 1...super disappointed...the good thing I can say is the woman who does brows is amazing (she wasn't there that day) and maybe some of the other techs are better at what they do ...but I won't risk it before a major event again.
Poor service. They just play around and do not do nothing on your nails, paintings and massage! That is all the do.I was very unhappy. You make an appointment and then they act like they do not know about it. It was my first time but I will never go back
Just beware of the prices before you have them work on you. They like to change prices last minute it's happen several times to me here before. Also they like to whisper to each other while looking your way it's very rude. I had this experience last I took my daughter. I made sure to ask the lady the prices several time just so they wouldn't change the price last minute. I could tell she didn't like that and she started going around whispering in all the other technicians ears and starring back at me an my daughter. Honestly that was enough for me not to tip her. when im treated properly i love tipping good money. BUT That was extremely rude of her to act such a way. But at least I wasn't ripped off.
Julie did my nails today and I was totally happy! ???? she held a sweet conversation and the vibe was friendly in the shop.
