I thought the service was good. I love my nails and i was very pleased. It was hard to understand them, but what do you expect. We understood enough to get an A from me. ♥
This is a week after getting my nails done, idk about around here but back home they would still look almost just done. I'm also very disappointed in their professionalism. I felt very rushed and like she didn't seem to thrilled I was there
Very rude and they were doing multiple people at once.
Super neat shop and super nice folks. First time gettin my nails n feet done. Very happy with how they turned out.
Both Lisa and I am not sure what the mans name was were both very inviting and friendly. Good place to go if you’re not sure what to do in the valley.
Clean and the seats for pedi are massage chairs. ????????
The couple did a fantastic job on my daughter's, husband's & my nails. We came in for a little pampering!
I did not have a good experience. The gentleman is very heavy handed, my cuticles we're burned from the gold tool used because he gets too close to the top of finger nail. I don't think he can do coffin shape, I will not be returning.
She doesn't do a very good job on nails but does a great pedicure. he's kind of hit and miss. I had my nails done today. when I walked in, I told him I needed more white, cut down and filled. He just did a fill and then got upset with me when I told him I wanted more white so he had to use the drill to drill out space for the white and burned me on all four of my right hand fingers like he was mad. After the fourth time, I told him "hey, you're hurting me! did I make you mad or something? and then they proceeded to talk at me very loudly and told me next time I came in that I needed to tell them white and pink powder. So I get that English is not their first language but I did tell them what I wanted when I first came in. At no point did they apologize for hurting me or for yelling at me. The end result..... They're kind of lumpy looking. One of the index fingers was filed down on the White too thin in one spot so it's not an even color. From a distance they look okay. But I don't think you want to piss them off. I'll just get mine done in Denver. I like to give valley businesses my business. But not to be treated that way.
Enjoyed my pedicure here! Great job, good prices. I paid $27 for a French pedicure!! Very relaxing.
More time should be set aside for appointments so the customer can get the nails done like they want, art, design, decorations, exc.
