Lady behind counter not helpful or knowledgeable about products in store. I asked for a particular product, she immediately told me they didn't carry it. As I looked around for something comparable, the product I asked about was actually on the shelf. I think maybe she just rushes and doesn't really hear you.

Poor selection of hair and quality. Variety of African American hair products tho

They have so many different beauty supplies at good prices!! I'll be back!

If there were a 0, I'd lower my rating as a 1 star is far too kind as this establishment has provided low quality service to people of color for years due to it's free standing store front accessibility off NW 23rd Street. Tonight was the last time that I compromised my willingness to patronize this beauty supply. Their hours clearly stated they closed at 7pm and after leaving a long day at the office, I walked into the door & was advised I had 3 minutes upon entering at 6:41pm, this was my greeting! How repulsive, inmates have had friendlier meal greetings. I'll pass on an opportunity to be barked at when chosing to spend my hard earned American money.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. Most of the merchandise is very reasonably priced or marked down too! The prices of the hair dyes, especially the Semi-Permanent Crazy Colors (Pinks, Blues, Greens etc.) are fantastic... Most are Under $5!!! Makeup and accessories are really affordable too. I'm not familiar with the Wig & Fake Hair prices/quality but those Seem good too! I Always Recommend Them to People!!!
