I enjoyed visiting Queen nails and getting my nails done. It was a week ago and my nails still look fresh. The cost for a mani and pedi was the most reasonably priced I had found this year. Shouts out to Tom ☺
They are unprofessional and the man is nasty. He’s wiping his runny nose and not washing hands. A customer called him out before service and he only rinses his hand with no soap. If you carefully look around, the place is not being cleaned. I was ok with the lady doing my nails, but I definitely will not return!
Customer service is very rude, then when your telling them what u want they over talk you, talking and eating while you getting serviced, the money is never the problem. I wouldn’t recommend going back or coming here. ????
If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Terrible customer service, came here 3 days in a row!! No one could do any waxes neither of the days!!!! I would NOT recommend anyone to come here!!
