I would give it a zero star if I could. This is the WORST salon I have ever been too. Went for highlights and not only do they use cheap products and old techniques , they over bleached and processed my hair. Not to mention
sooooo over priced. I do not recommend this place at all. You will have better luck doing it at home yourself.
The Barber Nell is phenomenal!!! I send my son in for his appointment and when I pick him up he's looking like a well groomed little man ???????? his attention to skin care and cleanliness is a plus!! Thank you!! The shop does womens hair as well so Definitely referred others who go as well.
I visited for the first time on referrals, since then I've told others of the great services. I love hair CARE and hair STYLE, some places cannot do both. I absolutely loved the outcome of my hair and will become a regular ????
I got a hair cut about 6mos- 1 year ago and loved the results. My hair is curly, and maintained layers are key to a nice fro. The lady has a daughter with curly hair and immediately knew what I was going for. However, they are not very professional and I don’t get the feeling that they really care about their customers. I went back today to see if I could get my ends trimmed and they immediately dismissed me because of their holiday hours, not even in a polite way but a careless way. I don’t know if I’ll be back since it is a dealbreaker for me the way I am treated as a customer.
If I could give this hair salon no stars I would. I am a black woman and walked into this Dominican hair salon and asked for a blow out on my short natural hair. The hairstylist asked me to take off my hat and all the hair stylists bursted out in laughter and started speaking about me in Spanish as if I couldn’t understand. The service is not even worth the amount you pay.
The last time I went there the hair stylist ANNA gave me the worst heat damage of my life. I’ve been growing my natural hair out since 2012 and I had to cut off all of my hair off because it was heat damaged from the root. ANNA was extremely negligent dealing with my hair. The 9 years I spent growing out my beautiful long natural hair was ruined by a careless woman who just wanted to pocket $35.
Love the atmosphere of the salon! They make you feel right at home once you walk in. All the ladies work their magic and do an amazing job. On the other side of the salon there are two barbers so it’s the best of both worlds in one! Highly recommend!
This is the place to go if you would like to have a professional skilled hair style ... The moment I walked out of this shop I knew I would never go to another hair salon... The hospitality is world class. As I was offered water or any amenities I needed as I waited ... Don't second guess going here because you'll be doing your self. Disservice.. I love the queen Isabel
