I’ve been here many times before and have been satisfied but unfortunately this time that was not the case. I had a gentleman do my nails(dip) who I’ve never had before and I’m guessing he does not usually do them as they turned out horrible and just keep getting worse. These pictures are just from a week after I had them done. There are many cracks, color is peeling off and is uneven. There are parts of the nail (the sides) that don’t even have any color. It’s embarrassing and due to the unpredictable nature of who will be doing my nails, I will not be returning.
I had purchased a $100 gift certificate for my girlfriends birthday on 3/17/22. She hasn't been able to make it up there. Today I suggest she go and get her nails did. I called and set the appointment. She checked the certificate and realized that there is an expiration date on the certificate. We were both unaware of this. I called and asked if they would still honor it and they refused to. To me I spent real money there for a piece of paper with an expiration date. It's an extremely poor way to do business.
I received a pedicure and a full set with an ombré in pink and white. My nail tech took his time to make sure my nails were perfect, which was definitely a first for me at any salon. I absolutely love the way they came out!!
I went to Pro Nails around 4 pm. I called ahead & was told they weren’t busy. Sonny is who started my nails. He would stop what he was doing to get cash tips out, getting up & down constantly. He starts to shape my nails & tells me he’ll do my nails after my pedicure. Mind you it’s 5 pm already. Pedicure was great & also got my eyebrows done. Sonny wanted me out of his chair so he could do another persons gel on their toes. I did not leave till almost 7. He rushed on my nails, leaving gel polish chipping & raising already after a week. Will not be back.

for the past 1 year it has really been bad especially with the guy there doing it, he rushes and then has an attitude with you, he jacks up my nails every time he does them, I will not be going back again

My first visit here. Van did my pedicure and she was wonderful. Sonny did my nails and I love them!! He made some suggestions and I’m so glad he did. Already booked my next appointment.
