Love! Everyone was really nice. It is a family owned business, which I think is great! I have not had such a good pedicure in a long time, absolute quality work. I have been looking for a nail place for a while now, and Princess Nail Spa is it.
First time going I was very pleased - the services I received was brows, Pedicure, and a manicure. I will rate that visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The second visit was just a manicure wasn’t great I will rate that visit 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The third time I went back the lady that did my nails did a horrible job. She continued to press to hard pushing back my cuticle, she cut me removing the cuticle. I was in a lot of pain. I complained to the owner. She Apologized Didn’t Offer a discount on the next visit. It took me two months for I go back. There was only one customer and two workers, the only person that could do my nails was the same person that cause so much pain for me so I left
I have been coming here for the past 4-5 years. Although everyone is great here, I always see Ruby for Gel manicure and pedicure. She always gives it her 100%. After every step, she always asks you to check your nails to make sure you are satisfied with it. I've gotten to know her over the past years, but she always keeps things professional at the salon.
Love this place first time coming here, love there customer service. They take walks in as well. First time trying the glow in the dark. Love it. Thank you guy's. So many wonderful choices of nails to pick out. Everything so organized too.
My Daughter and I got to sit next to each other and had a great time. They offer you water and try to have you as comfortable as possible. The wait wasn't long at all.
This was my first and last time I will come here… I came in as a walk in just for a pedicure I understand they were all with a customers however I don’t appreciate it when I asked the lady in the front how long approximately?she said 15 minutes I said ok that’s fine since I was the only one in the waiting area well I waited an hour because they kept taking other costumers saying they had appointments well my thing is you should have common courtesy to tell me this in the beginning as I walked in and not have me here waiting I could have gone somewhere else, even the people with appointments had to wait like 15-20 minutes.. they are slow! I will never come here again.. I learned my lesson should have read the reviews before coming here, wow even the way they comment back to reviews on here shows what type of nasty attitude rude people they are.
I came in with pictures but was told they couldn't do what I wanted. I was out of time to find another place so I settled for something less appealing. The lady appeared irritated and was kind of rough with my nails. By the time she was done, I decided to fix the shape myself at home. Won't be going back.
