The service was horrible fro start to finish. The older gentleman did a horrible job on my pedi and even with complaining nothing was done. I feel like a was a waste of my money and my feet look just as they did when I walked in just a different polish. Everyone in the shop was just so unprofessional. I would never return again and I wouldn’t recommend their services to any one.
The service here is awful! It's like amateur hour and everybody practicing! I asked for a simple Mani Pedi. I was sent to an older man who took forever to so a simple pedicure and when he polished my nails, it looked like my 5 year old niece had done it! Someone had to fix his work! I actually went back trying to give the benefit of the doubt and I got the same results from the same person! It took this man an hour and a half to do the pedicure! The girl that fixed my nails after he screwed them up was not much better. She did my manicure as well, she didn't ask about how I wanted my nails, just cut them off! She half as***d the manicure, I have a cut on my finger from her attempting to cut the cuticles and then had the audacity to think I was going to tip! I only tip for GOOD SERVICES! I would not recommend Polo Nails to anyone!
First & foremost, I only go here to get my brows done. When I first came here, I was ignored & customers who came in after me were serviced before me. They then lied & said they said my name when I was sitting there the entire time & no one said my name. My most recent time, I went to get a pedicure & I will NEVER do it again. The young lady doing my pedicure did not know what she was doing & kept looking at the other nail tech, trying to copy what she was doing! My pedicure is chipped & I won’t be going there anymore!
Did not like their attitudes since I walked in still decided to sit and get serviced bc I was already there. My feet aren’t even smooth like they are when I go to other shops. And I don’t like my nails the short guy had an attitude when I asked if he could do my cuticles… really cute on inside but I won’t go back
Went here a year ago nice... A year later went back... GOT A OVERLAY FRIDAY AFTERNOON SUNDAY NAIL BROKE PLUS SHE DIDN'T EVEN FILE MY NAILS.. Plus it SMELLS ???? REAL BAD. DON'T GO.. I'M NOT EVEN GO LET THEM FIX THE BROKEN NAIL..
Sign says 5 to 10 dollars for a soak off she had a additiude than wanted to charged me more than the sign for the soak off. correct pricing needs to be advertised as I typically come here for pedicures but I WILL NOT SPEND A DIME WITH THEM EVER AGAIN hopes this help someone but customer service and correct pricing is everything. MOST of the china/Asian salons lack customer service but are available for walk ins. Pick your poison but it's a Fat ???? NO for me Quality and Integrity OVER AVAILABILITY

I went to this location today, and I will never return. The police was called on me due to an issue with my card and I saw on my end “pending” and their end declined. Police showed up and even were curious as to why they were called. They are so unprofessional. Rude and talk to you any kind of way.
