This was an excellent experience! The salon was clean and the pedicure was amazing! Most nails salons kind of rush through which is fine with me, but Polish really took their time and gave me an amazing service! Definitely will be back!

This is the first time I have been here since the new owners. People were very nice. Shop was very clean and pretty. Was happy with what they did. Will definitely go back. The price was reasonable.

We have been in on several different occasions lately & have always been pleased with the service & quality. My daughters like to get the dip & acrylic nails here & the staff consistently ask if they are pleased throughout the process. I have no doubt that they take pride in their work & want you to be happy. We make appointments to help avoid the wait times as they seem extremely busy since the remodel, but love the improvements! We will keep going here for all our manicure & pedicure needs!!

They were pretty busy so after waiting 30 mins with my hands soaking, I started to take off the aluminum foil and use the cotton to remove the extra SNS. I had glitter SNS so it got on my hands a bit. He goes on with the routine and leaves the glitter all over my hands. I asked him to dip another time to thicken the nail and he said no. After my nails had dried I was trying to pick the glitter out from under my nails and broke a nail… because they were too thin. He said to wash my hands and I asked if that was going to take the glitter off. He essentially told me if I hadn’t tried to do his job, he would have taken the glitter off. How childish is it to punish a customer for trying to help while you’re busy…

I’ve always gone to Polished in Mt. Juliet and was so happy to hear they opened another location in Gallatin, which is much closer to me. Everyone is very nice and professional. They also always do an amazing job! This is what I asked them to do for my New Year’s Eve nails!

I called to see if 5:45 was too late to remove dip and redo them. They said it was fine. I felt rushed and they used the drill on my nails and one it hurt. Then the new application of dip was rushed and they are smooth at all.
