They came out so ugly. I wanted to cry. She didn’t even take her time to do them & rushed. The white coat wasn’t symmetrical, she cut me & they are filed terrible. I even left a 5 dollar tip bc the lady kept looking at me like she wanted a tip smh. Never coming back at all.

The worst service so disappointed...

I don't think the staff was idea employee for a nail salon. She rushed while working on my toes cut my toe & laugh ,she was talking with two of her coworkers look rough when done. She did not took great care of my pedicure no massages ever with the sugar scrub.

My sister's nails cost 95$ they didn't even clean the bottom of the nails and left glue on the cuticles... save your money.

My pedicure from Mimi was good. Loved it. But my acrylics from Andy were horrible. I ended up paying $80 including tip for ugly nails. They were lumpy and weird shaped. I was on my lunch break and had to leave quickly or else I would have made him fix them. The don't sterilize their equipment just rinse it for the next person. I watched them do this from one person to the next.

I always call ahead and ask for Kim. She takes her time and doesn't overcharge. She's the only one who does my nails. Just show her what you want. Been coming here for a few years now.

Service was quick and prices were good. But right away I was very discontent with my pedicure. The technician that did my pedicure was very rough and at first I though ok that’s just her way, but the next day I noticed there were some scratches on my feet which broke the skin. After only a couple of days, the sides of my gel manicure started to lift. Today exactly one week from getting it done almost all the sides have lifted and two have cracked. Previous gel manicures from different places have lasted me up to 3+ weeks...

My first time here and I LOVED IT!! Definitely reccomend. Ask for MAY ! The pretty Asian with the tattoos ! She is the sweetest such an artistic girl! She left my nails looking natural !

I went in for a pedicure and I was quickly rushed to a random crappy chair where they did my pedicure in a BUCKET. I expected my $17 pedicure would be fancier than that. I then proceeded to get a full set of short coffin shaped nails, the nail tech charged me $8 more for the coffin shape "because it's what's in right now". She rushed everything and didn't even let me rinse my hands before applying the gel nail polish. my nails, came out with a whole bunch of the buffed off acrylic particles and looked terrible! I asked her to at least fix the 2 nails that were bumpy and she had the audacity to say I was being too picky (mind you, my nails were so square shaped it didn't even look coffin, but I didn't complain). to top everything off my gel nail polish began chipping away on the second day! never again I will I ever step into this facility again. I highly suggest you all go elsewhere.
