Their food is absolutely lovely, always has been and we put up with the terrible service and long waits. The final straw was when we ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered one evening and waited 90 mins for it to be given 1 pizza at the door. When I asked where the other was I was told don't know. I said I'll ring in here and he said don't bother they are closed now. Haven't and won't be back.
Daughter loved the pizza said it was amazing better than Domino's bigtime!! (Trust me she says that it is good)
Best pizza in town! Can be very busy sometimes but that's a good thing Pizzas are great.

Sometimes the pizza is gorgeous (I only eat the margarita one), other times it is over cooked and not much flavour. My main problems are that the customer service is awful... Bored and rude staff
And the few times I have ordered delivery the pizza is always cold. Yet if I collect and bring home it is still very warm. I prefer Palazzo to other pizza takeaways however Dominos has better service and pizzas are always spot on and always hot when delivered.
There's no issues with the actual quality of the food, it's when you get it the received the pizza which is the issue. Usually ordering over an hour for a collection seems standard practice for them! Joke!
This place has been open since before I was born. Great pizza, my entire family love it.
Bear in mind you might be waiting a while and they are cash only, so they don't accept cards.
Apart from that it's 10/10.
Food is excellent but the toppings on the pizza where wrong.They said the food be ready at 7 30 and I waited till 8 o'clock.This has happened before so they need to sort it out.
