I made an appointment, got there 10 minutes early and was taken in quickly. Loi (please forgive me if I have misspelled his name) did my nails quick and expertly. He didn't talk a lot which was wonderful, as I find the experience of getting a full set relaxing and prefer the quiet. It's been a little over a week and aside from the quick growth of my nails, it's held up great. I'll be returning for a fill-in soon.
First off, I really wanted to rate this higher. The staff was very personable and kind. Prices were very low in comparison to other salons.
However, from a hygienic standpoint I will not be returning.
1) Acetone that was used in the bowls was dumped back into original containers. This means cross contamination between clients. Not to mention done on the floor.
2) Tools were not properly sanitized. Specifics include reused foot scrubbers, nail files, and buffers. Briefly dipping nail clippers and trimmers into acetone is not the full sanitation cycle needed to ensure no cross contamination. Aka fungus or mites.
3) No ventilation. Even through masks the level of chemicals in the air were high even with an open door. Dust aka nail and polish debris/cells caked across the salon. Including the service surfaces. This is a known problem because each tech had covers on their drinks.
4) Booking online is NOT an option yet they still have a website that offers this as an option. This creates confusion for the client. I had to call and confirm which is not ideal and probably leads to the loss of a stronger consumer base.
The final quality of the nail service were decent at most. She didn’t front cap my nails which is pretty typical or make sure edges were smooth. My partners finger nails are still jagged.

Very quick service- no wait, helped me find my polish with patience, did my nails quickly but they are still perfect. I think I found my permanent place! I only wanted gel polish and she offered but didnt try to push me into other service. Loved it!
Lady was very nice, gentle on my hands and lovely to chat with.
They did a great job with my nails and were so nice to me!! I would go back again!
