I’m VERY picky about who touch my eyebrows, so I drive here from Detroit. She does a GREAT job. Neat and Fast but not rushing. The first time she fixed some ugly eyebrows they did at the nail shop next door, and I’ve been coming back here every since. Always a great experience! Pleasant wonderful people. The only one I trust.

I went there a couple weeks ago and I’m not from the area. Yes, she did do a good job on my eyebrows. But, I have NEVER received that type of customer service… she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Also, she was very aggressive when doing my eyebrows. I’ve been getting my brows done for years and this was the worst experience. When I went to pay, she made sure that I left her a tip and of course I did. By reading the rest of the reviews, I’m not surprised with the horrific customer service I received. I will never be going back and I’m honestly still shook on how rude she was. I believe her name is penny.

Penny is amazing! I have been coming here since I was 10 years old (21 now) and have never had an issue. She does an amazing job and she’s very quick! Definitely recommend getting your eyebrows done here!

I only kept coming here because she is good with threading my eyebrows. I always had to prepare myself on the drive to come here telling myself I have to listen to her insult me while she does my eyebrows. I went here 2 weeks ago & it is the last time I will EVER be there. She went off yelling at me saying "you jacked up your eyebrows. I'm not going to do it 100% because you are going to say I messed it up but you jacked it up". I have never argued with her or come back to her with complaints about her work. So imagine that you just sit down and she goes off on you like this, it is unacceptable. She then told me that no one would touch my eyebrows etc. I would never talk to anyone the way she did. I got up and left, went to the eyebrow place next door at Great Lakes Mall. Guess what? The lady there was very welcoming and did my eyebrows without any problems and they came out great! I am not sure how/why I kept coming to Perfect Eyebrow only to get insulted every time but this was the last time. Save yourself money, time and give yourself peace of mind by going somewhere else.

This is the one place I have been coming for 10 years and am always happy with the result. I have had half my eyebrow taken off at other places but never any issues here. Not sure what people are saying about price as it has always been the same for me $10 and $12 for my husband and we always tip. We come every time we are in the area and will not go anywhere else. Only annoying thing is getting to the place with no u-turn and you have to drive a ways down.

Always a great experience. Friendly service. I’ve always been nervous to have my eyebrows shaped and colored, but she does an outstanding job each time. I drive up from Royal Oak for their services.

Absolutely love this place! Penny is wonderful and very pleasant. All three of daughters and myself have been coming for a few years now and never had a bad experience.
