Always friendly, humble, grateful and easy going. Never have to wait long during a walk in which is welcome. Clean, professional and relaxed environment. You see them open new equipment right in front of you for manicures and pedicures. They don't push you to get anything else done other than what you came in for. I think the hair washing they give is phenomenal. Nothing is ever rushed and you feel important. You get a mini massage when you get a pedicure or manicure. I gave 4/5 stars because of the price of a mani/pedi and sometimes you get a shy person so they don't speak much, but will speak their language to other co-workers there. I will always recommend this place to a friend/family.

I get my nails done here regularly. They all do great jobs. The technicians and hair girls are all sweet. There's a girl here that does eyelash extensions, too. She's nice, but I haven't had the extensions. I plan to, though. Edit: had my eyelashes done a lot from here now. Fhi is always so nice and gets my eyelashes exactly how I like. Fair pricing, too and she really takes her time. Tim does nails like boss!
My hair was butchered at another salon. I ran out crying it was so bad. I needed my hair fixed asap....what little I had left (they cut 10in). I had a mix of a mullet in the back, bob cut in the front, and I was literally missing a chunk of hair on the side. I walked in crying and I explained what happened to the gentleman and said do anything to make it presentable. They did wonders!!! I was emotionally the whole time but they were professional and understanding. I was upset at the time because of the shortness but they did what they needed to with the mess that I had. Thank you thank you thank!!!!!!!
Tony did a great job with my haircut. First time here, after a couple of apathetic customer unfriendly service experiences at close by Shivas. Will return to this friendly, lively place.
