STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME. I stayed away from this place for quite some time because of how I was treated the first time. I decided to give them another chance and I regret it immensely. I got a fill in done on 3/20/22. That night the polish chipped and I went back on Monday to get it fixed. Two days later my polish chipped again on another finger. When I went in the second day, she informed me that the polish chipping was because of something I was doing wrong. Mind you I have had acrylics on my nails for over 2 years. I have NEVER had this happen unless it was from this place twice now. So she told me that she would not fix them anymore if it happened. So yesterday around 5:00 I was washing my hands, looked down, and 4 of my nails had peeled completely off. Under the polish reveals that the fill in that is a week old is already chipping and lifting. I called today to ask them to fix them because this is not my fault. One of the technicians answered and told me that they would have to charge me for a polish change and it would be $25. She then informed me that she wasn't going to do my nails because I don't know how to take care of them. Mind you, I have had my nails done for over 2 years and prior to that it was about 8 years that I have had them on. I went to cosmetology school, my best friend is a nail technician. Trust me when I tell you, I know how to take care of my nails. Clearly the polish was not cured well enough which is why it peeled the way it did. I informed them that they were either going to fix my nails free of charge or I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company. She told me to have a nice day and hung up. The man that works there is ALWAYS rude. The woman that owns the salon, is even ruder and acts like anything is an inconvenience and has no people skills. A broken nail is $15 to fix, even if it is by their lack of knowledge and practice. Save yourself the time, energy, money and dont go here at allllll. EVER
I went yesterday evening for a gel manicure and pedicure. When I got home, I realized that the gel polish was not done correctly. There were air bubbles under several nails. They were already closed so I couldn’t go back or call. This morning I woke up to the polish chipped off on several nails. I called to ask them to fix it. They told me I would have to pay since I couldn’t come in today to have them fixed. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts. I work all weekend . I explained that I have pictures that have the date and time and I should be able to go on my next off day. They told me that it would be too long. My nails look horrible. I wouldn’t walk around like this if I didn’t have to. I do not appreciate that they are not willing to make the situation right. I shouldn’t have to pay again because they did a bad job.
Rachel did my nails and she was amazing. She was professional and kind. She asked me exactly what I was looking for and did it beautifully. The shop was clean and their sanitary procedures were top notch! Masks, sanitizer, Temperature taken, shields to protect both me the client and the shop workers as well. We talked and had a great experience. I would go back for sure.
I love going here because they’re open Sunday and easy to get an appointment. I usually get a full set or fill in. My nails always look like the picture I show them and they last longer than 2 weeks. My daughter get her nails dipped and they last just as long as mine. The staff is friendly and it’s always clean when I walk in. I’ve never gotten a pedi there but I’ve watched them do a good job in other people. The prices are reasonable.
I stopped by your salon yesterday with two younger females. Your salon is filthy and the odor is unbearable. That rug at the entrance needs vacuuming desperately. Your worker demanded that we all use sanitizer (very sticky and probably Expired). We were compliant with her request, but then she asked if we had masks. Nowhere in your salon ( outside or inside) does it say a mask is required. Mask mandate has been lifted by the government if you all were not aware. If you want people to wear masks, you should have a sign up. I will never visit your salon again.
The salon I typically go to had closed early for the holiday weekend so I came to Paris Nails. They were friendly and followed excellent Covid-19 safety protocols. I got a gel pedicure followed by an acrylic fill-in, a nail repair to both thumbs, and gel polish. The pedicure went fine although a bit lack-luster. The real issues came when she started on my fill-in. After removing my gel polish, she used the dremel at such a high speed and for such a long time that it was burning my fingers through my acrylic. She continued to do this even after I told her it was burning which caused me to involuntarily jerk my hand away each time it got to be too much. She seemed irritated by this even though I had told her what the problem was. She also ground my nail beds down so much with the dremel that my fingers now feel bruised and sore. Overall my nails are beautiful, but I would only return if I knew my concerns would be heard when I bring them up and not ignored.
First time I have ever been there and I won't be going back. Nothing like looking forward to relaxing while getting a pedicure when the workers are facetiming their kids the whole time. The kids were screaming and extremely loud. I have a child and just wanted 45 mins for a relaxing pedicure. They were not friendly and really could've cared less if I was there or not. And honestly I've had much better pedicures. Very disappointed.
Went with my mother sister, and her 12 year old granddaughter, I called the day before and specifically ask questions about what we wanted and they were like sure we can do that. So Saturday morning we go and when we were telling the girl I think she was the only one who spoke English, my niece was ok with some of the changes she had to make, well she wasn’t happy with the writing so we ask if they could just paint over it and paint a line like sticking, then she told me it would be another $40.00 I had already spent a total of 300.00 for us all and couldn’t believe that, also my mom wanted tips and he just did a regular manicure. There were cobwebs all over the ceiling and lights, my sister and I were happy with our pedicure but still will never be back that much money spent and sorry customer service, this will also go on face book and better business bureau.
