They did a beautiful job for my wedding! And for my everyday look. The staff are friendly and service is quick! Excellent color choices, lots of different kinds; cats eye, chrome, color changing and more. They have designs or bring one in, they can do it all!
Got fancy bday nails! ???? Walked in with a pic I found and they did a fabulous job recreating it!
Helen did an amazing job & she is so sweet! I love this place still my favorite nail salon I have ever been to. The quality & effort never ceases to amaze me. Their service is consistent among the entire staff! Highly recommend ????✨
Was so excited to get my nail done over there for the holiday. But the out come make me so disappointed. They make a very ugly ombré I ever seen before. I told her it doesn’t look right for the ombré and she told me that is how her nail Solon do the ombré if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else to make them do it right and also they charge me full price. I just left there and have to go look for other nail Solon fix it for me. They not responded for their job at all I will show the before and after pictures I got my nail fix. That how she should get my nail look ombré like the pink one.
I got a full set shellac on Monday. Wednesday I went back to get a nail fixed that was already coming off then Friday, FOUR nails fell off. Not even a week and I had to go elsewhere to get a brand new set. Although all the nail techs were very personable, I will never go back to this salon and waste my money or time.
Update 2/4/20: its three days later and my nails are already cracking on the sides and one has already broken (also these are my real nails so I'm livid)!! In my original review, I found myself editing it several times because I felt bad even having to address the situation...but now I just feel upset and ripped off. I tried to find the positive side of the whole experience but truth it this is not quality.

2/2/20:Upon entering I asked if they carried a specific product that was currently on my nails and I was told they did so I proceeded with the service. I continued to ask to see the product/nail accessory I asked about upon entering so that I could determine a polish color...at this point my nails have been started and I’m now told they don’t have the product, even though I asked upon arrival...I eventually decided on the mood changing dip powder and chose a darker and lighter pink. Somewhere in the process I can only assume a step was done wrong because everywhere he buffed my nail after dipping them the polish no longer changes colors or reverts back it it’s original color so the pinkish polish on my nails have white blotches all over them. Mistakes are made, I get that, but what bothered me was the lack of concern, no offer or attempt to fix it, let alone a simple apology. I’ve been to this location before and have even brought my mother in for service as a treat and have had decent service, but this time I just don't feel like I received that and it was disappointing. You want to be paid for the service you provide, but as a customer I also want the service I’m paying for. I just don't think you should offer a product or service you haven't mastered.
I will say this, everyone is very nice, I was welcomed upon entry, and I like the shape and smooth finish of my nails... I honestly love everything about them except for the dip finish (polish) luckily there lighter colors so its not overly noticeable, but I know this is not suppose to be what it looks like so its difficult to accept. I’m mostly disappointed by the lack of ownership. The poor finish was acknowledged on his end but no effort was made to correct it which was very off putting. (pretty much said I don't know what happened but oh well)...I originally felt like I'd never return because being someone that gets mani/pedi every two weeks, I have never experienced this. Maybe in the future I will try again because I have had better experiences here previously and do like everything else about my nails. I hope this is a learning tool and is improved because other than that my nails were pleasing.
Since I've moved into the area 3 years ago, I have been nail salon hopping in the area in hopes of finding a place that is calming, clean, cares about safety, and with staff/work that is consistent. We are officially won over by Panther Lake Nails. They hit all the marks we are looking for, and have the nicest staff and clients. I started sending my mom her for her mani/pedis and started joining her for pedicures. I have tried all the local salons and was going to one with the highest ratings but decided that it only works for those who are their best clients, not just the ocassional ones. Thanks for always making my mom feel special even though she. Ant go as often as we'd like ????♡
The ladies here are always so nice and amazing they always take me in last minute which they did this last time and they always make my nails look exactly like I want them I have been coming here for 7 years and counting and like I said they're just really good people here.
I kept hearing great things about this place so i thought "why not" ... sadly i didnt have such a great experience . The lady who did my toes stabbed me 3 times with the cuticle pusher and ripped the sides of my toe nails so my big toes are tender.. 1 started bleeding . i really hope it aint infected .. they are a bit swollen and the nail polish application it lumpy and not cute Above that the lady doin my acrylics had an attitude which only made the experience even more uncomfortable .
