Walked in with a 4pm appointment didn’t get seen until the two people left in the shop getting pedicures were under the dryer getting their mani’s dried and massages. 10 mins after my appointment I was seen m for a fill took an hour and a half for French tips. I do not recommend coming here for your nails.
Best pedicure I have ever received today and I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years! Go for the "pamper me" pedicure???? Amazing no chip manicure as well. Thank you so much❤️
i went there today and they didn’t shape my nails good they were too crooked, half of my nails were bleeding, too rough, and they were rude.
This place is very dirty. The foot bath was already filled without any disposable bag liner. Tools were not sanitized and the nail techs kept passing the tools back and forth to each other using them on me and another customer without disinfecting them before switching to the next customer. I am hoping I won’t get an infection. Wanted to walk out right when I saw the foot bath didn’t have a liner…
I watched them “sanitize” the foot bath after a customer, by spraying LYSOL spray in the bath..
When I went in I told them that I had the dip and needed my nails removed because I wanted to go back to gel nails but she didn't remove my nails and just put gel over them and the very next day they started peeling and shipping all over the place when I went in and asked for a refund instead of the $39 that I paid I was told I only get $15 back because she did a fill on what I had. Well she did a fill over a chemical that she shouldn't have done when she should have just removed the old old processing. I will not go back again
I tried this location because one of my friends goes here and she says they do a good job and are decently priced. I got a brand new full set with gel polish, the nails were not shaped correctly at all some nails were a lot longer than the others and the nail polish had bubbles / dirt in it. When I went back 30 minutes later for her to fix them so you pretty much told me nothing was wrong with them and to just file down the top layer of the nail polish and redo it which the nail polish top coat was not the issue it was the nail polish itself and the fact that the acrylic nails had ridges in it from where she did not file them down correctly. I received a refund and went down the road to Bellagio nails and they were shocked at how awful my brand new set looked and asked why she didn't fill them all the way with the acrylic
I have gone in multiple times for fill ins with my acrylic nails. They are always able to get me in for an appointment and I haven’t had to wait! I always ask for Irene, she puts a lot of attention and detail into her nails and is very sweet and friendly!
I loved the girl Irene that does my nails but they still Nicole and dime you for every small thing which I don't care for. But I'll go back they look nice.
