Enjoyed my chips meat pie and gravy. The staff were courteous, professional and friendly. The place is clean and mmm the smell of food hits you when you walk in. I have used this Chippy a few times and have never been disappointed. Highly Recommend
Great traditional fish and chips - fish cooked to perfection with crispy batter done in vegetable oil. Also, they offer rag pudding (steamed steak pudding) which is a nice alternative too. Friendly staff and not too long a wait considering they cook fish fresh and the chips are always lovely too. Look out for lunchtime meal deals. All highly recommended.
Probably the best chippy in the area. Fantastic fish, English curry, proper rag pudding. Staff are great and really friendly. I've just had the home made cheese and onion pie and it is absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
Very over priced I asked for few chips and one spoonful of peas and they wanted to charge me £2.50 safe to say I told them to forget it ! Would not go again better chippys out there for cheaper prices and better quality ! I only had a rag pudding which wasn’t great neither !
Had large chips and Chinese curry sauce, portion size excellent taste excellent, hot, Not greasy, staff Very nice ???? definitely ???? be going back there, what a little gem of a Chippy ????going try the rag pudding next time

Really a fantastic chippy. Chips wonderful texture and incredible taste. Rag puddings great, homemade cheese pie sometimes is incredible. Only gripe is I'd prefer the batter to be a bit more airy and light, but thats nit-picking. Best chippy for miles around.
A great Chippy with proper fish not thin slivers. Great and friendly staff. Worth waiting for.
