My husband Tomas and I are not from Orlando but the overall customer service and customer experience was just overly exceedingly excellent ! Between our 3 sons and my husband himself and each of the barbers that participated in my family's hair cutting experience, completely made our day! My husband actually had the opportunity to cut off 6 years worth of dreadlocks, my step son went from a fro to a fade and with our other 2 sons getting blowouts and edges. I am ecstatic to say I am a proud and OVERJOYED Mother and Wife! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORLANDO 5 STAR CUTS !!!!
I have been here twice, since I just moved in December. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, the staff is very kind.

Absolutely terrible experience. Went there on a Sunday and the barber that had nobody said he couldnt help me. Then another guy was outside smoking cigarettes, 8 people were waiting. Ended up having to walk out with my brother. If visiting Orlando would not recommend this barber shop. The surrounding area is not very safe but other than that I would say atleast the inside of the shop was fairly clean. Not enough barbers to service the clients and no one even bothered to greet us when we came in. I feel that when you come into a place of business especially a barber shop. You should greet the customer to make them feel at ease. Unfortunately google does not allow zeros.
Speculator service from EMERSON!!! Hands down one of the best barbers I have ever gotten the chance to be cut by! Extremely professional, undoubtedly talented with the clippers. While takinghis time to ask me questions about my hair, what worked for me, giving me suggestions. The barber shop itself was spotless and wasn't overbearing blasting music. TOP NOTCH SERVICE from a unstoppable barber!!!
I went here for a haircut today, Julius is the best barber in town! Highly recommended! This has been the best fade I had from any barber. He is very meticulous with the details on how you want your hair to be done. Kudos man!
