I absolutely adore going to Organic Nail's. Kelly (the owner) and all of the staff are always kind and welcoming and make sure I am completely satisfied with my services. They are in a very popular area of town, so I don't mind paying extra for the level of care I receive. I've brought my son in with me and he also loves getting his feet done and nails cleaned up too. We love this place and the people who make it our spot!

Friday, Dec.16, 2022 I was a walk in client. A visitor from out of town, the Google reviews for the business were decent as was the health score. Tony was my nail tech. Before choosing my nail color he wrapped my fingers making it extremely difficult to look through the color samples. I specifically asked for blue gel for my toes and the same blue dip for my fingers, there was quiet if miscommunication with Tony he was hard to understand. After sorting out the color issue and selecting the type of pedicure I wanted, Tony did fill the tub up with extra hot water several times. Once he painted my toes, I realized the color was more purple with glitter than blue. No my favorite, but I was going to roll with it. While working on my fingers he stopped several time having to locate supplies, his station seemed to be very unorganized. Again, the color was more purple and glittery. While trying to add the top coat he used several different bottles as if trying to find the right one. Unfortunately on 12.20.22 my left thumb nail color broke. I called the store several time to make an appointment to come back and have it fixed, no one answered. So now, I’m left finding another nail salon and having yo pay for another manicure and pedicure today before my Christmas party. I won’t go back.

I’ve been going to this salon for several years for regular pedicures. I have always been satisfied, but my last two services were unacceptable. For the first incident, i brought my niece for a treat. I specifically told the tech that she should not have gel. The next thing I know, she has a gel on her toes while he laughed. For the second incident, I asked to have my gel removed. The tech was in such a hurry to get rid of me and take a higher paying customer that he destroyed my natural nails. I had to go to another salon to repair the damage. So disappointed

I love organic nails! I've been coming here consistently for years. The staff members are so professional and sweet. They take time on each customer to make sure all nails are perfect. The atmosphere is so nice. Very clean with great music. I would not go anywhere else in this area.

Organic always does a great job! The staff is so friendly and always very accommodating. They all seem very knowledgeable. No wait time even with a packed salon. 10/10 recommend!

This is absolutely my favorite nail salon! Kelly the owner and her staff are so kind and very accommodating. They are so sweet and fantastic at nails! Lanvy does the most incredible nail art! Thank you for always taking such great care of us!

My first experience here was great! My tech was kind and took their time and was very attentive to detail.

Something to keep in mind: although the name has Organic in it, they do use chemical based nail polishes that aren’t vegan or cruelty-free. Hoping they free of some harmful chemicals. Madam Glam is one I’ve had good experiences with. :)

This is the hands down best place in Madison area. I have been going here for a while now. Kelly is really nice and does an amazing job. All of their nail techs are skilled and professional. I would prefer this place rather any other for my mani and pedi.
