Been three times. First two cuts were pretty good. Not *great*. But good. Good value.

Yesterday I saw Jane ($90 level), showed her pics of some messy, short lobs, which was basically what I already had minus a few inches. I thought about saying, "What I DON'T want is a John and Kate, 'can I speak to your manager' mom bob," but alas, I didn't, because it's 2018 and I'm a young NYC woman and that should go without saying.

Apparently not, because it's exactly what i left with. It's just awful. I could literally feel the other people in the salon cringe with every snip she took. The lady at the payment counter could barely look at me. The girl in the chair next to me got an ADORABLE cut, and when she looked at mine her face screamed "Y i k e s." Thank God I didn't get bangs.

Avoid Jane, unless you're a 45 year old with 3 kids visiting from Des Moines.

You have an old picture. The salon has relocated nearby due to covid. Jane is wonderful. I've gotten the best haircuts from her. She listens and does what you ask for. The cuts grow out beautifully.

I was so nervous before going in to the salon—I have very curly hair and wanted a big change, but Cori was absolutely amazing! We talked over what I wanted (I’m a naturally anxious person, especially with my hair, but she put me at ease and was really sweet about taking the time to do so) and she spent so long perfecting every single curl! Couldn’t have asked for a better stylist, I’m over the moon with this new haircut :)

I got my hair cut with Camille, and she's fantastic! She knew exactly how to handle my hair (which is very fine and limp, but there's lots of it), and that's rare for me. My haircut is gorgeous, with lots of movement through the layers. The salon is charming, and everyone is really nice. They sent me a confirmation email after I booked with the salon's policies and pricing, which I really appreciated. I've already booked an appointment for 7 weeks from now. I highly recommend!

I came in 5 days after having my hair messed up at another salon, before my wedding dress appointment. Cori did an amazing job correcting the the highlights and neutralizing the yellow. She was very thorough and my hair looked 100 times better! I was nervous when I came in but I left feeling at ease, I will definitely be back!

My daughter, a guest from England, and I were in town for my daughter's wedding. The three of us booked appointments for blowouts Friday afternoon to start off our busy weekend. Jane and her staff could not have been more accommodating. They worked with us to make sure our individual needs were met, and we all left there feeling gorgeous. Not only that, they ensured that the whole experience was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this salon.

Not only are the stylists wonderful at their jobs they are also very nice and have excellent customer service. They have a very thoughtful staff that cares about you and takes great care of your hair!

I went to Ashley and she made me look amazing!

Been getting my hair cut here since before Jane bought the place. She did an amazing job with the transition and it remains an excellent salon. I've never had a bad hair day after a cut at OPC
