They told me that I could only try on 3 wigs. Poor customer service.
Clean neat organized store with a friendly and helpful owner.
I would not recommend anyone to buy any hair there. I purchased 2 packs of hair wet and wavy 18 inches long. When I went to my get my hair done. At the salon the Stylist said this hair is no Good it wasn’t 18 inches it 10 and very thin, Shedding and hair was falling out the pack .And I called the store to make them aware . He had the nerve to say that I was lying. And they have been selling the hair a long time .Remind him I paid 100 dollars for that hair and was able to use it. They will never get my hard earned money again. Please be aware before you spend your money in this store!!
Omar is seriously a great person. Miracle was so nice as well. It was nice to go to a hair store and not feel judged or given the stink eye. Amazing customer service!!!!! My mom came to visit before and just loved Omar!
The attendants and cashier were very friendly and patient, I forgot my card and the cashier was nice enough to help me set up my apple pay. The attendant was also very patient in helping me try on multiple wigs. This store also has some of the best wigs I’ve seen for their price. They have a nice assortment, but the styles of the wigs are mostly up to date with quality lace.
I wanted to purchase a pack of hair that was clearly marked $24.99 and the owner said it was $54.99. Will never do business with them due it lack of customer service and honesty.

I actually started coming here about 6-8 months ago after getting tired of having to drive into Tampa for the items I wanted.
I've never had an issue with customer service and I've never been or felt racially-profiled. I'm always greeted warmly when I enter the store and staff has always been willing to answer my questions.
Plus, you can get some better prices on items that may cost more elsewhere.
I'd recommend this store to a friend.
No complaints. I go out of my way to hit this spot for their Janet Human Hair each time I braid my hair- (about 5 times a year). They always have really good deals on it. Some of their other items are a bit pricey, but what I go there for is perfectly priced. The place is always super clean and well organized. Because of that, I'm typically in and out- no wandering around aimlessly in search of things.
No people standing around gossiping.
No bulky boxes or clutter in the walkways.
No employees following me around the store. Helpful staff.
