No problem with the physical location. My problem is the customer service on the phone number. Refusing to cancel my service saying (we cant find your account) sure don't have a problem finding my account to pull the money out though.
I have used his location over the years and was pleased with it till recently. My vehicle was damage and it took them over a month to email me saying they declined my damage claim. I have tried to remain a customer of this business, but the lack of customer support and refusal to fix damages to my vehicle.
I just can’t justify making repairs on my own and still use their product because it may happen again and I’ll be stuck with more damage. If they would have made the repairs, I would still be a customer today.
I have reached out to corporate office asking for a video but I have been declined on that as well.

Thank you for responding. It took your office over a month to even email me. I wish your office would have at least communicated with me on the process and shown me video of the truck entering and exiting the washbay because I can promise you I did not have the damage on my truck before hand.
I looked over my truck at the clean out area, and I did not have the scratches on there. I do not see how your cameras missed that because it’s pretty obvious.
The car wash, washes your car really well but it’s constantly broken. I pay $35 a month for a car wash and I can’t wash my car when I need too and I use my car for business. I’m definitely think about canceling. I’ve never had this problem at Bennys.
I went today to Pit Stop today & got the $25.00 wash. Only the right side if my car got the best cleaning, only tried right side got the tires cleaned & I tried 3 different vacuum s before finally giving up & leaving. I do not recommend this car wash any more, it has become about the money & NIT the service that it once was when it was Ollie's. Same your time & money, DON'T GO!
Went through in my Suburban, the entire back wasn't washed still dusty and all.
It is very nice when it is open; however, half of the time that I drive over there it is closed.. no sign, no explanation.
About a month ago while passing through the town of Addis, La I got a car wash at Ollie's. It was approximately $12 for the wash. It was a good wash. A month later I see two charges went through on my account for an Ollie's membership for $20 a month. I didn't enroll in any membership, nor did I enter any of my information into the machine.
I called today to cancel the "membership" and get a refund. The customer service representative was extremely unprofessional and refused to refund my account.
I ended up paying $40 for one car wash.
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND utilizing this car wash unless you would like to be fraudulently enrolled in a membership.
On May 21, 2022 around 1500hrs I went to go through the car wash which I pay a monthly subscription for and after being scanned through the entry area and pulled up to the car wash none of the workers were there to guide into the Car wash like they always do, car wash wasn’t even on. So I waited for a while, honked the horn and the kids working there just looked outside and didn’t move. Ultimately after about 20 mins I just backed out and left. The service use to be amazing here and is slowly getting worse and worse.
