It was a nice clean place but $6.75 for a small load with extra wash was pretty pricey. I don't think it washed in hot water which is what I picked
Always clean, same guy has been running it for over 10 years. Most everything works well. Much better than most.
We deserve better service for the amount of money we are paying.
1- Expensive to dry ur cloth , takes up to $4 when other laundry mats in memphis charge $1.75 for 30 minutes for over sized load ,at winchester cash and card laundry dryers are free yes free of charge !!!
2-Very hot , No Air conditioner in the building . One will get a heat stroke
3- No wifi, most memphis laundry mats offer free wifi.
4- No rolling carts in building to use , it's pain in the *utt to remove cloth from washers and carry them to dryers.
5-No TV in waiting area
6- Not enough washers or dryers , place gets packed on the weekends ,expect long waits to get an available washer or dryer.
7- not enough parking spaces , parking lot is small can't handle weekend traffic.
8- No way to pay with a credit card , only accepts coins and if u are a business ure screwed u get no receipt to claim a tax deduction.
I will drive the extra mile to Memphis winchester card and cash laundry, they have all the things I mention above and more...

Dryers are rip off
50 cents gets u 6 minutes then every 25 cents gets u 4 minutes , what the heck???
No Ac in building or bathroom , hot as hell, only fans that blow hot air that air fry u out in this summer heat .
Fix this ,we deserve better service ....
I had to use this place until I get a new washer/dryer and it's clean. It's a pain having to unload your laundry in and out. The prices on washers are okay, but the dryers are a rip off. .50 for 6 minutes and your clothes are still very wet. After $1.25 and still not all of my clothes were dry so had to take them home and let them air dry. Need to lower the dryer.

They have machines that don't work With no signs on them warning you so that's how they get alot of their money. And detergents should b 75 cent not a dollar and 25 ur over charging and ripping people off when you don't put out of order signs on machines
We use the big washig for a big blanket washed it in 20 minutes and dry with 27 minutes .
it's a okay laundromat but if you go at night you'll basically be hounded to leave.. which is quite rude and annoying.
