These women are awful. They’re catty and disrespectful and don’t know how to work with kinky, course hair. Basically if you’re black with tight curls, don’t go there. The owner/manager, was washing my hair and kept saying bad stuff about my hair in Spanish, thinking I couldn’t understand her. She used words like “feo” (ugly) and “malisimo” (unruly/awful). I understood everything but I didn’t say anything. At least the lady who did my blowout complimented me. She disagreed with the owner and said my hair isn’t ugly and that it’s pretty. The owner/manager also upcharged me for the service. She charged me $55 when she usually charges $35-$40 for it.

The owner knows my whole family since I was a kid they are amazing I proud of the work she did on me

DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE A PIXIE HAIR CUT…Went here because the place I usually go to was closed, I just wanted a simple trim ( it’s literally what I told them when they asked what I wanted to do) to a little over grown pixie cut I had… and the lady literally cut the majority of my top longer hair off.. she shortened it so much that it doesn’t even look like a pixie hair style… I legit started crying and asked her to stop cutting my hair .. she completely looked passed me crying and rang me out for 25 bucks.. she didn’t say sorry or looked upset that I was unhappy with the hair cut.. I still tipped her, but it would’ve been nice to see her acknowledge and apologize for making a such a huge mistake.. if you don’t know how to do a hair style then just say that.. because now I have no other choice but to feel embarrassed where ever I go until my hair can grow back.. still crying and it’s been hours later. Wouldn’t recommend for short hair

Hairdresser listened to me explain what I wanted and then ignored all of that, cutting way too short. I tried to stop her during the process, reminding her that I needed to be able to pull it into a ponytail and she told me, "I know what I'm doing, trust me."

It's been three weeks and I still can't get the sides into a ponytail. I understand that curly hair can be difficult for some people, but I just wish she'd said she couldn't do it rather than stick me with this awful cut. I won't go back.

Amazing!! I have sensitive skin and this is the first time I have ever done my hair and im not in discomfort. Amazing service, everyone is so welcome. ????????
