Horrible do not come here so unprofessional they were rude to my sister and I. We both showed them a picture of what we wanted and they said oh yes we can do that. And when I told her this isn’t right she said no you don’t know I said that’s not right color or what I wanted. I said never mind I will choose a different color and she was rude whole time. And got product all over my cuticles and fingers so sloppy. I asked is she could fix it she said no do your own nails why you come here to get nails since you know how . I said I’m paying for a service I expect you to be kind and not argue. Bottom line they are unprofessional re use tools and they do not have a autoclave to clean. Do waste your money or time here. They yelled at me and my friend. And don’t listen and do horrible job. She even cut me and did not apologize. I asked for her owner she refused to get a hold of them.
First time getting acrylics in over ten years, had an 11 am appointment today and when I got there doors were locked and lights were off. Someone can in at 11:10 am and didn’t even know I had an appointment scheduled or what it was for.
I showed photos of the design I wanted (roughly) for my wedding and asked specifically if she could do it and she said yes. Half way through she then said my nails were too small for the design and was just doing her own thing at that point. I’m frustrated that she wasn’t upfront about the design not working in the beginning. I could have looked up other ideas and made a decision rather than her just going for her own thing.
My nails are absolutely not what I asked for.
Been here several times for pedicures and they were great. Do NOT recommend for acrylics. Especially for special events.
Amazing staff, it's priced fairly. They always do an amazing job on my nails. Recently, they tinted my eyebrows and waxed them for 27$$ I've never looked better. I'm so happy with their services. They always make me feel beautiful. Great place. Nice spa ped.
They have great customer service but the manual job needs improvement. I asked her to thin out the powder and she only thinned out the top and the sides were left chunky and odd looking.
Diane is amazing at pedicures! Everyone here is so good at what they do and at such good prices. Trust me you won’t be let down!
Got a basic manicure done and 3 days later the polish was already coming off and cracking, they charged me a different price than what they originally told me. Looks like my 5 yr old sister did my nails ????????
The nail technicians here are very sweet, Kim gave me a fill and a shellac, and did a wonderful job! They even stayed open late to do my nails, and several other women, because they were rather busy. They were kid friendly, and have fair prices. I'd recommend this salon to anyone. They are not located inside Walmart as the google listing suggests, they are in the same parking lot across the street.
The lady was very professional. She noticed a lot of problems with my prior nail job. She fixed it and I left with no bumps! I love her! Definitely coming back. And also, the type of matte nails I was looking for is exactly what she delivered. Super pleased!!!
