They take appointments same day if they have space. Staff are nice enough. Unfortunately, my gel nails didn't last a week and I will be needing to get them done again.
I was concerned because of all the bad reviews but I gave them a try and each time the staff were nice to me and my daughter. It seems that it’s important to make an appt so I’ll do that moving forward. Prices are great and the location is near my home which is a huge plus!!
Nail tech was so rough with my nails my finger beds was hurting for 2 days straight. I was charged an extra $5 for them to remove gel polish from my toes and another extra $5 for paying with a card. I hate the shape of my nails. Horrible job in my opinion. I will never go there again. If zero stars was a thing that's what I would rate them.

Made an appointment for three people to get service for a wedding. They over booked our time and took two of us and not the third person. When asked why they would do that we were told we should have come early!!! Are you kidding me. Two of the five people working coughed almost nonstop during our time there. Wish I had chosen differently!!! They could care less.
This is a nice nail salon always clean. There are always three to four nail techs available. The services and the prices are posted. They offer the following services manicure, pedicure and waxing. If you get a manicure you get those relaxing vibrating chairs. The only drawbacks are that they do not take appointments. Which may be convenient for some but not for me. Also they have senior discounts available on Tuesday and Wednesday but only if you pay cash.
This is a really nice and friendly nail place. The problem is everyone knows it :)
They do a great job on your nails. The place is very clean with huge TV screens to keep you occupied. The pedicure chairs are awesome with the massage built in.
It's pretty busy and they usually have about 5-6 people working so that's good.
So make sure you're coming to relax and not in a rush. If you come for a pedicure they sit you in a chair BUT that doesn't mean you're next. You probably have about a 30 minute wait until you're up. They put a chair w/ supplies in front of the next person. That's how they keep track.
I have to figure out the "slow" time because Friday at lunch is NOT it. I waited over an hour before my pedicure began. I told the staff and they were really nice and gave me a glass of water. it's hard since you don't want to rush your service but you don't want to be there all day.
I think I'll try a Monday next time ;)
Very friendly staff. I have always been very pleased with the manis and pedis I have gotten here.
