Always had an awesome experience when ever i get my hair cut. The owner Norm is the best hands down
He is very down to earth and sociable. Strives to make sure every client is satisfied. Jay the Spanish guy cuts my boyfriends hair and he is good with a ethnic hair fade . Takes a little longer than use to if I had to give criticism. Haircut takes about an hour with conversation
This is my second time going there and he did a great job. My hair looks great. I'd recommend this place to everyone I know. The barber here is also very nice and personable. 5 stars is not enough praise.
Went there for the first time the other day. Now let me start off and say I am usually hesitant to get my haircut by someone new but due to certain circumstances I had to. First off they were open on a Monday which is great. Second want to say best cut that I have gotten in a while. Great place friendly staff very personable. ????????????????????

Norm's Kutt-N-Up is a one of kind barbershop with an excellent atmosphere. You'll be sure to get exactly what you are looking for. Norm and Jay are two of the best barbers in Wilkes Barre abd throughout all of Northeast Pennsylvania.

Norms is by far the best barber shop in town. It's convenient for college students and also affordable. I would def recommend Norms to anyone that asked me where to get a haircut.
