I brought my mom here for her birthday. And I always always come to Nina’s nails. However this is the second time I’ve come here and the older man in glasses is completely disrespectful. One time before I brought my friend and she had a baby. He was very rude to her for having her baby in her lap. Today with my mother, anytime my mother requested something or spoke to him he would either roll his eyes or completely ignore her. I am aware that my mom is a relatively high maintenance customer but I do tip well to compensate. It is her birthday and she should not have been treated like this. I will always recommend Nina’s but I recommend that you DO NOT sit in that man’s chair.

The last several times I have gone here I have sat for more than 20 minutes only to be disrespected by the employees. I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried one more time due to maybe they were having a bad day. They are very rude there and treat the customers with complete disrespect. I will not beg to pay them for a service. I will go elsewhere. If friendly customer service is what you were looking for do not waste your time going to this establishment. You will be very disappointed.
Long wait but worth it! I love the energy the staff gives off. This was my first time here but you can tell they have rapport with their regular customers. Even though I came close to closing time, they still took their time to make sure my nails were done properly. I should surely recommend clearing your schedule and doing business with them.
Went got my nails did here THEY are amazing very professional this is my new shop. Went here again for the second time, it was even better than the first. Staff is VERY friendly and VERY talented they can literally do any nail style you put in front of them. I love Nina's
They expect you to know what you want to get on your nails before you arrive. Their boss must be pushing them to get as many sets done as possible because they rush you alot.
A guy did my pedicure and he was great. I never leave reviews when I leave nail salons, but I felt like he deserved it. He took his time on my feet, massaged each toe, buffed my heels (which I’ve never had done) and didn’t cram my feet into my sandals or the cheap sandals they use to paint my toes. He kept making sure my massage chair was still on for me, and then put a fan on my toes to make sure they were dry before I put my own shoes back on. I will definitely be back
The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered will not be going back to these ppl again they want to take your money quick but don't want to correct their mistake HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO A DOG
