He has considerable barber anxiety and they took fantastic care of him, gave him a great haircut and reasonably priced. I and my son look forward to being a regular customer. Our search is over.

My family and I have been going to Jerry at Nex Level to have our hair cut for years. He is great at the job and gives helpful advice on how to maintain healthy hair. He is also patient and good at calming nervous little ones especially when they are visiting the barber shop for the first time. The other barbers at this shop are equally great! We usually schedule our appointments however they also accept walk ins as well. There isn't much parking available.

Have no patience or experience with toddlers not professional with toddlers uneven and not proper hair cut did his own style to my kids after I told and showed the barber what I wanted done on my kids

I really don't know where to start.

First of all, there is Zero customer service. It started over the phone, when a guy was simply rude and acted like I was bothering him in his free time. When you come in, no one cares to greet you, just ask "what do you need?". But this was just the beginning ..

The whole place is a dumpster. Garbage on the floor, dust everywhere. You can tell that this place was never cleaned. Both barbers start smoking inside the shop and then casually step outside! Complete unsanitary conditions, I have never seen a place like this!

Barbers where periodically on the phone WHILE making haircuts. It is just ridiculous.

I don't understand people who rate this place high, must be relatives of the owners. I just want to warn everyone - avoid this place and only consider stepping inside to check out how NOT to run your business.

The worst customer service in the entire industry. I was waiting there for more then 45+mins and the barbers skipped me and took anyone else that came in after me. I was sitting in the view of the barber and i know they saw me as well. how are they going to gain new customers if they don't show the same respect as they do to old customers. I would suggest to find another barbershop don't waste your time unless you are there old customer.

The worst haircut I e ever received!!! Poor service just plain ignorance, eating while cutting or taking multiple breaks during the cut. Asked to take couple inches off the top and do a taper. Nope instead I get it chopped down to an inch and a fade with lines all over it!!!!! . Definitely is next level, next level to barber school!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I called and got help right away. They literally hooked me up with an all star service. Super friendly place, and the vibe is just what you want in a barbershop. Would definitely recommend and go their again.

My son and his friend had an appointment for 3:00 with Darren. Tell me why they are still there and his friend has not got his hair cut yet because the barber slipped in other people on these young men. Advice: go somewhere else they ain't all that!!!!!
