They listen to how you want your hair styled and very importantly, they care about the health of your hair.
Highly recommend for women who have decided to go natural. Prices are incredibly reasonable and super competitive. The quality is superb.
They put relaxer in my hair!!!! Without my knowledge!!!. Im natural!!! Just wanted a wash and blow dry . Did a hair test with water, my hair is not reverting!!!! Smh!!!! They sneak it in the washing process …never again!!! If you are natural beware!!!!!!!!!!

My experience was not good. Let first talk about how they wash some lady hair first before she got a relaxer. Ouch. They scratched my hair so hard while washing my scalp was burning. While she the blow drying my hair I sat up to look in the mirror and she pushed my head back with her finger. I went off. Good thing she was almost done because I paid and left after that. I didn’t want her touching my hair no more. That was rude. I would never return
Meh! They are ok but pretty rude.it’s never pleasant going in there. If all you want is a good press you’re better off going to empire beauty school in Cedarbrook mall. I gave 3 stars cause your hair does look nice but they are not very nice and charge you whatever price they feel like.
This salon sucks…Rosa was the only stylist working today and did herself a disservice by taking all of these clients knowing it was too much for her. The shampoo girl did my hair and she is not experienced enough to do her. She is to rough when washing your hair and even when blowing drying and styling, I believe she deals with a jealousy spirit and really is going to damage the business as opposed to helping the business. I wanted Rosa, but she told me she was busy and I only had this inexperience girl do my hair because it was taking to long and I needed to get out of there. I will never go back here again because it was a terrible experience and a waste of time and money.
I love New Image! Every time I leave I feel like a million dollars! Their prices are fair, the staff is kind and warm, and they do an excellent job consistently!
They had scheduled to open at 10am. I was standing in front@0957 and promptly the young lady opened the door@10am, and by 1005am I was in the chair for shampoo. They were friendly, professional, prompt, courteous and reasonable. The shop was spotless and Covid precautions were maintained the entire time by both staff and clients. I would recommend this shop for all your hair do needs. I will definitely return, they did a fantastic job on my hair (and I have a lot of hair)☺️
I walked in and they were so rude. Told me to go to the back to get my hair washed. Getting my hair washed she scratched hard enough to break skin, got soapy water in my eyes and didn’t wipe it off either (felt purposely too). Used too much heat on my head to the point my scalp felt like it would catch fire. Could clearly see that I was in pain and crying very hard but continued to burn me and my hair. Don’t go here if you are AA or Black. They tried to charge me extra for the volume of my hair. I got up and left and did not pay.
