This is the worst barbershop you can get in New Bedford the barbers things are gangsters they don’t know what business means the worst customer service I will never go back there again and I’m not recommend it to anybody

I get there and the barber Steven left for the day I had an appointment he had my number but failed to let me know I made an appointment with him last week I’m lucky someone else could take him but how unprofessional is someone like that I drove 45 minutes to get there he could have had the decency to let me know so beware before you book appointments there .

Was my first time going here and I was very satisfied with the service. I got in early before noon and they took me in right away. No wait time. The barber was very courteous and professional and took his time, didn't rush. I got my cut exactly how I wanted. Place is very clean. I would definitely go back again in the future.
