Michelle is the best of the best! My go to will forever be Michelle, it's been two years now and she never fails to disappoint. Do not hesitate to visit Natural Nails in Cutler Bay! The staff is very attentive and nice. I moved further away and I do not mind the drive as long as Michelle continues doing my nails.
Natural Nails never fails me!!! I have been a customer for 24 years now. I have been going to Michelle since the flea market days. I’m so happy she has her own shop! It’s quiet and the aesthetic are pleasing. They treat me like family. Michelle lays acrylic so neat. There’s very little need for filing. They do get busy, but u can always call and make an appointment. The pedicure team is the best. They share most of the same techniques. Always making my feet look brand new.
Awesome family..we call them Cuz (Cousins) they are like family to me & my family.....we all go there & alot of our other friends..very caring & sweet family....they all are Great...Loving Atmosphere very professional & clean...if unhappy they take care of it...,anything...they'll fix it...& u will leave with a smile.

Went in to get my nails done because it was my birthday & I wanted them in a specific design, usually when I asked a nail tech how much a design gone cost they’re able to give me an price no hesitation , but noooo not them first red flag !! He insisted I sat down in a middle of doing my nails I’m constantly asking him how much my nails are going to be he’s ignoring me , or changing the subject.. at this point I’m aggravated because I didn’t even get my feet done these people charge me $95 for a full gel set with some rimestones & When I checked my card they literally took $97.85 off my card!! I will never go here again I never paid that much for nails I had design better than this with a pedicure included for $75 to $80 the most
I just found out what I was being charged for when I paid $140 for nails and toes for me and my sister. If you have gel nails they will charge you to put it on and to take it off so that's $20 just for putting on polish. Then if you have a $25 pedicure it ends up being $45 because if you have on gel polish they're charging you an extra $20. Now if you want a full set which is $35 they will charge you $20 to take off the old gel polish and to put on new gel polish. My refill was $25 and because they took off the gel polish and put on new gel polish for a refill I paid $40 so. Then the pedicure is got a $5 tip because of course I had not had a pedicure in a while and I needed some serious help. $3 tip to the manicures only because he filed a hole in my finger the last time I saw him and I took him $5 so he did not deserve anything extra on this trip but I have learned to bring my own polish know that I'm going to be charged $5 to remove the gel polish and I won't use gel polish ever again I will just continue to use Sally's hard as nails top coat on my nails to keep my polish from fading.
This place was wonderful! I got my acrylics done with Michelle because of all the great reviews I read about her and I am very excited to say that the reviews don't lie. Michelle is super friendly and did a great job filing and getting the shape of my nails perfect! I'm definitely going back!!
