I came to nail studio November 23rd to get my nails done and to my disbelief they were so rude and unprofessional. The guy grabbed my hand and cut the nails off when he realized he couldn’t do the style I wanted and he told me 5 different prices . He then started talking about me with everyone in the store that could understand him, I feel like they need to treat customers better . It’s rude
I got my nails done on Friday Dec 3rd. The male tech who did my nails did them differently than any other tech has done. The gel color is beautiful but the acrylic nails are too thick. He also nicked me about 4 or 5 times which concerned me-was this intentionally done. I believe I was overcharged but this was a lesson learned.
So I got my nails taken off, the lady did fine, but it’s her broken English. I understood maybe 10 words total she said. It was kinda awkward cause she’s trying to talk to me but she doesn’t know the right word.
Located right behind our condo. Had good reviews. Visiting from Indiana on vacation, daughter and i walked right in for mani/pedis. Staff was very friendly and professional. Explained different services to us.
