Hanna and Norman did such a great job on our pedicures! We were an end of the day walk in and we were welcomed with open arms. Wonderful people and fantastic service! Super clean and awesome! Highly recommend!!

She did wonderful job on my arcylic gel nails. She took her time to get it done right. This place will be my go to place while I am in Spokane.
Price is great here too.
My wife swears by this salon. She has been trying to convince me that men gets their toes down. I will just believe her. But she is always satisfied when she comes out of her appointment.
Not happy with my experience at all. For how much I paid and all my nails are Crooked ???? not happy and spent alot of money too. ???? and not a very good heart.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I went in to get my acrylics filled . I showed a photo and everything. Walked out with nails that looked like this. They were extremely bumpy. The lines of nail art were TERRIBLE. I ended up going somewhere else and they had to take off and redo my acrylics because they could not figure out how this had happened. Do not recommend . When I called back they said there is nothing I can do and to call later . I asked for a name , phone number, email , anything for the owner (since that is who she told me to talk to) and she said no , they didn’t have it .
Let me start off by saying I’m a very plain Jane kinda gal. I don’t do acrylics, no nail art or stones, just a good polish is all I ask for. My husband asks why even go? Well I go because I love having my cuticles cleaned up. I went in for a simple manicure. I had no problem waiting my turn, and my turn literally lasted less than 10 minutes. I also file down my nails to the length and shape that I like before I go. It’s just easier for me than explaining to them what I want. This shop requires you to have your own nail file set or to purchase a set from them to use. Again, no problem. I’ll pay of course. Well the file was used to brush across each nail, once, because again, my nails were filed to my preference already, and there was no buffing done. But again, that’s fine, I’ll just leave my set in my car for the times my nail breaks and I need a quick file. After placing my hands into a warm bowl of water I was then asked to go wash my hands. Sure. Well, that was pretty much it. I didn’t get my cuticles cleaned up. We went straight to polish. I feel like I could’ve looked past that but the polish itself was horrible. I really hate when they’re down to the last few drops in the bottle and won’t just get a new one. My nails consisted of just one color, no party nail or anything, but there were streaks from the brush of the clear coat because there just wasn’t any clear coat on the brush! I really hate complaining or asking for a redo so I just paid up and left. Will I ever return? Never!! Total waste of my time and money.
