I been going here for 7 years and the owner Lee only does my nails...she has the best gel nails with 1,000 different colors and can do amazing nail art...also another nail technician named Jamaican is pretty good to...go see Mia or her husband for a good pedicure
After, going what felt like all of Central Florida, I finally found this little shop with a angel of a nail tech! Li does AMAZING work and my nails last for 2 months! ❤️
One of the women was rude to me and did my set poorly. Also the prices are never the same. Ironically my feet was done decently at best. Overall just over priced bad quality nails. Could’ve saved time, patience and money having my own niece do a better job.
I love it and they also do great massages and body scrubs
For someone like myself who is very picky and like their nails done a certain way and keep them done all the time Lee did an awesome JOB! on my gel nails I've had them on for over a month and there's no lifting, no broken nails, they still look great other then I need a fill when I have been to other nail salons my nails would have been lifting so bad right now I will most def be going back for my fill!
Got a gel polish done on Friday afternoon, went back Saturday morning to show George that the polish was not done correctly and did not look professionally done. I told him I could come back another day because I realize he was busy. I was okay with that. He asked me to return on Monday. Monday became inconvenient for me so I returned today instead. First he told me I took too long to return as if though I were enjoying a free polish service for a week before returning for a polish change. In fact it was done so poorly that the edges on many of my nails had already begin to fade. When I got there, he changed the Polish for me, but told me he couldn't do a design because he had a paying customer waiting. I reminded him that I had already paid for my service on Friday and if it were done correctly I would not be here today. He told me he's busy and he would not have time to do a design. I asked for a refund of the design that I paid for on Friday. He said okay I'll fix it for you and came with colors that looked like it would just ruin and already crappy polish. I decided it wasn't worth my time nor energy to argue over a design or the refund for the design so I left. One thing is for sure, I would never go back to this place again unless it's to pick up a refund.
They dont deserve one star this place Is unprofessional and Ghetto they dont know how to do nails. After 3 hours of being patient while the nail technicians tried to do a basic refill and gel nail polish set which left bumps on my nails I demanded a refund. the nail technicians blamed the gel nail polish . I left completely unsatisfied and my nails looked horrible. Never again !! if your thinking about going save yourself the time and headache.
I got "French tips" done here. I put French tips In quotation marks because the nails done for me were NOT French tips! The white tip on most of my fingers is longer than my own exposed nail! My fingers looked down right crusty after they were done. I felt that I was rushed and my concerns were not even addressed. I also asked for the acrylics to be done thinly and instead I have thick, very fake-looking, globbed on nails. I'm highly disappointed. I really dont recommend this place to anyone if you're looking for quality nail service. If I could upload a picture of my botched nails for proof, I really would. Just highly disappointing.
