This is the best set of nails I’ve every had- absolutely gorgeous. Mimi was my nail tech and was super nice, quick, and such an artist! This is my new favorite nail salon! They fit us in and I felt bad for coming late but you can tell they really care about the experience and made it so nice anyway!! Incredible prices too. I will definitely recommend and come again- though not so late next time ????
Mimi and Lynn are awesome. I've gone to many nail salons but they end up not being consistent. They are continuously consistent and always make sure you get what you want.
There was an accident that had me stuck in the area. I tried it out. It was only 15 minutes wait as a walk in. I asked about a full set. They asked if I wanted gel, acrylic, or sip. I asked about dip and what it was and decides to try it. It is beautiful. The process was clean, comfortable, and quick. I will return.
Was the worst experience I have every had at a nail salon. I was first seated with a girl. She filed my right nails down, I was getting acrylics. Then she told me to go with the only guy that was there. He filed my left hand. There was a very distinct difference that my left was filed way shorter than my right. I kindly asked him if he could file my left hand shorter since my right was longer. He got super angry that I asked him to fix something. He would bang his hand on the table that he was mad that I kindly asked him to fix something. He never fixed it and I was scared to say anything else. However later I told him that I wanted French tips. He started painting my whole finger nail. So I kindly told him I’m sorry sir I asked for French tips. He got very mad again. I also took my hand out of the nail dryer too early because I saw someone I knew and waved. He immediately grabbed my wrist and put it back under and yelled at me again. At this point there are tears in my eyes. I just wanted to leave even with my nails not fully done, I didn’t care anymore. I was shaking and holding back tears. Someone I knew notice and came over and I finally got help from a different person. But I will never go back I left the place shaking.
Update: I have been coming here for almost three years off and on, but just recently started going more and I’m sad to say their service and quality work has diminished. I don’t mind a long wait, but the last few months I have noticed that they have rushed through my appointment just to get to the next client. My cuticles get neglected, have hang nails still, crooked nails, and when I asked to swipe the polish on the end of my nails I was told that would mess up the shape. I kept going so long because I’m the kind of person to give you the benefit of the doubt, but arguing with me about painting the end of my nails was the last straw.
I hope things get better but I won’t hold my breath.
I was on my way to another salon and I decided to just go to Nails du Soleil because it was close and I knew it was a newer place. I walked in and the shop was decorated so nicely. They don't have the pictures all over the walls of hands with nails. It felt more like a spa. They had Fixer Upper on...that was a plus. But seriously, everyone was friendly and the lady who did my pedicure was very attentive. My boys were there with me and everyone was nice to them as well. I will definitely go back there.
They do good work but don’t bother to make an appointment, they take people as they come in. They did trap me in a chair with foil to remove gel and left me sit for 45 minutes. 3 people came in 5 minutes ahead of me without appointments so I had to wait for them to get complete pedicures. Now that things are getting back to normal with businesses, they have to ré prioritize customer service or at least tell people you are backed up and how long
it will be when they come in.
the place had a very happy and welcoming vibe to it :)) although there was a wait, it gave me time to chose the color that i wanted. the wait was totally worth it! the manicure itself was relaxing. the lady that did mine was so sweet, and even made conversation with me! i had my nails done just the way i wanted and they turned out amazing. it was my first time going there, and i totally plan on going on. recommend you going!! :)
I used to love this place. I’d come in. Couple times a month for pedicures and dip manicures. Last year they had a staff change and their craftsmanship and quality has dropped noticeably. I stopped getting dip manicures because they looked terrible. My gel manicures were ok. This last time I went my manicure paint was crooked and not to the edge of the nail. My gel pedicure completely chipped off in just over a week. Sad to say, I think it’s time to try a new place.
