I went to this place for gel nais. I absolutely loved this place. This place had such a wide variety of colors and the nail technician Queenie was so courteous and patient. Absolutely loved her work . Most definetly recommend her station 8 that’s how i will remember her the next time i book her appointment :)
Today I really wanted to treat myself to enjoy a manicure the Manicurist barely spoke
I asked for the best Manicure you could possibly get. Instead of her pushing my cuticles back and cutting them she use a grinder to cut them and file them down no water was used during this manicure I felt rushed like I didn’t matter All I want it was a really nice spa manicure with the hand massage and all did not get that. It’s really upsetting because I work in the service beauty world and I would never want one of my clients to feel this way. So I will not be recommending any of my clients there and will not be returning

Yes. I did go here. Lol. We did a family Saturday pedicure visit. Even the very friendly staff was pleasantly amazed when me and my 14 year old son walked in.

Made a reservation for 4 people mani/pedi at 11 am Sunday, June 5. Stopped by to find out they did not have us in the system! Began questioning me if I had called a different number. Finally they found my name entered on Thursday June 2. I made the reservation 3 weeks ago for my son’s wedding.
So, I did call the right place and they entered it incorrectly. Why did they not call on June 2 to follow up? If they did we would have figured out the mess up. Now they just shrug their shoulders. Poor Customer Service!!!

This place has a good vibe, and the people are nice. However, there some people who are super awkward. However, despite one nail that turned out shorter than the others, I liked the results.
