Since I first started going here for manicures a year ago, I have never gone anyplace else. Both their work and their client service are superb. They did an excellent job of maintaining my rigid schedule so that I could fix the few times I broke a nail (completely my fault). The staff always gives me a thorough manicure, but the other nail techs have also done a great job. I often say that this is the best nail salon in Manhattan, and I'll always stand by that statement. worth the money

This website is fantastic! There are only good technicians; none are bad. The drinks are top-notch, and prices are fair. Since the technicians take their time, my nails look amazing. The front desk employee's claim that you can remove them and your nails will be incredibly strong was true, and I used the dipping powder (lasted for 3 weeks). This place has my full support! It's better to make an appointment; if at all feasible, try to arrive before noon or after 3 p.m.

The setting is wonderful and welcoming. They were pretty busy when I "walked in." Nevertheless, it was worthwhile to wait. I undoubtedly loved my time there. My nails were beautifully done by the nail technician here. I will most definitely return because the entire team is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I am always pleased and grateful for their professionalism! Just wonderful!

The afternoons can be quite busy.

My daughter and I came here for my daughter's birthday, and the dip was quite cheaply priced. It costs $45 for a product to stay on your nails for more than three weeks. My daughter got some dip too, and we both like it! They complied after receiving the length and size information from my daughter. She wants short nails because she cheers, so they made them the perfect size and length for her! Highly recommended, with unlimited free beverages and refills! Love it!

This is a really great place. The woman who did my underarms & legs is so gentle and nice. She’s being sure to get ALL of the hair, too. She used tweezers to make sure. Wow! The last time I got waxed somewhere, it was really expensive & she left some lines of hair on my legs. This is a nice change. I looked on line at prices beforehand & saw reviews, so I got pretty excited to come check this place out for the first time, though I’ve lived in West Seattle forever (basically). I’m getting a pedicure after now from the same amazing woman. Very excited to get good care for a good price!

amazing salon Frequently go there. Every time I show up without making a reservation, they accommodate me. My nails normally last two to three weeks, and the staff is lovely. Outstanding service. Definitely a good idea! I have been coming here for over two years now. I'm always pleased with the service provided here.
