Nail trend was a nice nail salon. It was my first time with my grandma and great grandma we loved it there. Everyone was nice, the prices were reasonable. They were nice enough to try to match the color my great grandmother chose that ran out. Everyone there was attentive and kind to my great grandmother. They did a great job with our nails I love the color job. We will definitely go back there for nails.
I really liked this joint. I'm not looking to sit down and have a therapy session. I just need a nice mani, sometimes a pedi. This place delivers, and with good service. I haven't had acrylics for a very long time, let alone a fill in and the woman who did my nails did such a great job. I'm incredibly happy with my nails.
I love them! Great prices, cleanly, and very good business! I would recommend even thought it shows only 4.1 stars they deserve at least 4.5
I love coming to this place everyone is always friendly and they do a great job with your nails and it’s nice and close to wear I live ! Highly recommend
Went to this place after moving and they were fast and did not shape or grind corners down. I returned to have it fixed she told me that gel nails do that.... they do not. I now have had 1 nail break and all polish chipping away now.... this is horrible quality service and product...
If I could rate this nail salon a 0, I would. I went in for a dip powder set. I have been getting my nails dipped for over a year and recently moved to this area and needed a new nail salon. My nails after 6 days were completely lifting front the tips and my thumb which had a chipped from the beginning had broken again even though she insisted the dip would seal the cracked nail and there was no reason to trim it. I went back to get my nails fixed and she only wanted to fix three nails even though the entire set was trashed. The thumb again that was chipped was once again left and said the dip would seal and harden the nail and wouldn’t chip again which was not the case. Two days later my nails were peeling at the tips and chipped on the corners. Called to speak to a manager, left a voicemail with no call back. Called again and the manager wasn’t there and I asked for a refund and was told I needed to talk to the manager and left my call back information but none ever called or refunded me. I will never return here for my nails nor recommend their salon!
Have been going there since 2017. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very clean and when you walk in, not overwhelmed with polish or remover odor like other places.
Husband had a split thumb nail and all efforts to repair the problem at home proved unsuccessful. After a quick phone call to find out if Nail Trend would only apply acrylic to one nail, and treat this issue as the nail grows out, they happily did, plus did a little cleanup of the other 9.
I believe the person I spoke to was Nikki, all very helpful and looking forward to fixing this issue with their help.
