I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Worst place ever! I wanted to get the old dip powder removed and this lady tried to remove it with a cuticle trimmer, peeling off the surface of my nails, too! I told her it was painful and she decided to soak them in nail polish remover but didn’t want to wait the 15 min and she kept messing them up with the cuticle trimmer. She even cut my finger trying to get the dip powder removed. I got a new system and my nails look so bad! I swear I’m never coming back! $45 wasted!!!

If I could give these penguins zero stars I would. All ten of my nails looked like I've been working in the fields. I went back to have them redone and they looked worse than before. The brother or sister can not do nails. My nails were Uneven and lumpy. He wanted to paint over the paint instead of taking it off. Please do not use these people unless you wanna go to jail.

The place doesn't look A+ but my nails turned out great and I had fast service! I will definitely go back

Me and my cousin came to this place for something simple and left with messed up nails and bleeding fingers. They are to rough here and always in a rush! Never again!

it was horrible. they filed our skin!! they made my friends finger bleed. they didn’t get my color right and my nail on one finger is wonky looking and bumpy! will not go again

The place not clean. I did not see them change the tub soaking plastic bags between people. The floor was filthy and all types of stuff was on the broken case shelves. Their UV cases were dirty as well and the establishment looked as it needed a thorough deep cleaning. I received a gel manicure. There was a husband and wife shop—I believe. They seemed nice but really out of their league on how to run a professional nail salon. My first and last. The previous comments were right. My polish was splotchy and not smooth. The more they tried to fix it it looked worst. There are far to many other places a few minutes down the road in Alabaster and Pelham that will do much better. Take heed and don’t say you didn’t know.
