I was very worried about going to a good nail place since I don’t get my nails done often and I have engagement photos tomorrow. I scheduled an appointment one day in advance. They were very timely in getting started at the time of my appointment. The nail technicians helped me pick out colors and even let me “try on” three different nail colors and pick from them (I was indecisive). The two young ladies who did my manicure and pedicure were very nice and you could tell they took pride in their work. My nails look great!! I will definitely be going back!

I think I have finally found a nail salon that I love. Everything about my visit to the Nail Palace was wonderful! First time I didn’t not feel like a inconvenience getting my nails done. I wasn’t rushed or passed around from tech to tech. I got a full set done by Steve who did a wonderful job. He even got up multiple times to find a polish color that was closer to the picture I showed him than the colors I had picked out to make sure I loved my nails. He took the time to make sure I was happy with the end result! I will definitely be back (: thank u Steve and Nail Palace!
I got a pedicure from here for the first time and had a terrible experience. I wanted the basic pedicure but was sold into getting the upgrade with callus removal (which I truly didn't need). During the callus removal, my toe was hit with the tool. Instead of telling me and taking care of my now bleeding toe, he continue to work and not say anything. Before putting on my polish, acetone was sprayed on my nails and that's when I had enough and looked at my foot. I then saw a chunk of skin taken out and blood dripping. The guy looked at me and acted surprised. He quickly srapyed something (God knows what) on it and said much better. When I checked out, I kindly explained that I hoped to not pay for the callus removal package as this incident happened. I happily agreed to still paying for the basic pedicure. My bill went from $45 to $40. I was compensated $5... Immediately I left and went to get clean out the wound and dress it properly- I'm REALLY hoping to not get an infection from this!! Overall, very disappointed with the service and how an incident like this was handled. I will not be back and do not recommend this establishment. I have provided photos.
I have been to almost every nail salon in the Appleton area but have been blown away by the amazing service at Nail Palace each time I go. Each time I enter, I am greeted with a friendly professional matter and the staff is prompt with their work. This salon cares about their customers and goes above and beyond each time. I cannot recommend Nail Palace enough!!!
I came in for an SNS removal and a regular manicure and pedicure. The woman on the phone (she had blond hair and was wearing grey leggings) was so sweet and accommodating. The gentleman that did the work for me (I believe his name was Henry; he had black hair with a black shirt and sweatpants with airpods in) was absolutely amazing! I'm a shy individual and I don't really talk much so I don't mind if my nail tech doesn't speak. I found it so so so relaxing. He paid such great attention to detail and didn't make me feel like my business didn't matter because I was getting a cheaper service done. Any issues with the paint on my nails or my cuticles he took care of without me having to ask if he could fix it. He most definitely deserves a raise. He didn't know much English but he made sure that what I wanted was what I got. Henry if you are reading this (I'm hoping that's your name I'm so sorry if it is not), thank you for the excellent service. I will sure to be asking for you again!
I have gotten way better designs for 50 bucks and I had to pay 82 for this set when she couldn’t even do the original design I wanted anyway it’s ridiculous not to mention my fingers are in absolute pain
I’ve been to many nail spas. This one will stay my salon from now on! Johnny is friendly, sweet and knows his stuff! He gave me great mail care advice! I got a fill and three new put on. Deluxe polish. Fifty dollars! I was in and out in just over an hour! Natural nail Bar did a horrible job! It was nearly sixty bucks to have him trim my super long natural nails ( cut then way short! I was furious! ) , put protective covering over natural nails and polish. He didn’t understand English or visual instruction well. He spoke softly and poor English. Never again! Annie time nails did great job! If you want any gel polish it gets expensive. Mail Palace did not charge me for premium glitter mail polish.
Was treated poorly at Natural Nail Bar, so I came here and they did not disappoint! My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them to, the nail tech took her time and was so sweet. Will definitely be a regular at this salon from now on!
