I will never return to this place!!!! Extremely rude, horrible customer service, very sloppy polish and caked acrylic in between natural nail and tip. Also color chart is not accurate. I picked out a light gray mood changing color and it came out purple. The woman Kim with the crooked eye was also very rude to other customers while I was there. They are very dirty. They do not clean stations in between customers.
Also they do not honor appointments I had a 10 o'clock appointment I arrived at 9:50 and someone was in the chair. I had to wait until 10:30. If I hadn't been there for so long I would have made them do my nails over again or refused to pay and call the cops that's how bad the experience was.
I had an acrylic, refill here and a gel pedicure. my nails look like a two-year-old did them and the man who did my nails was squeezing my finger so hard that they actually hurt the next day. what a waste of money I will never return to this place.

My neighbor has been a customer for 15 years. And the owner Kim was very rude and no work ethics. I have pictures that can prove the poor art work and disappointed outcome. Her sister was attended by Son aka Sonny who held her fingers so tight that she felt pain between her fingers by the way he held the fingers. Don't recommend not a good place to get nail art satisfaction.
This place is a joke. She charged me $70 for a fresh set of nails. Acrylic was caked on very sloppy and the tip wasn’t even attached to my nail. She was very rude to me and other customers while I was there if I was not late for a Dr appt I would’ve made her do them over again, and /or refused to pay for them and called the cops, but I did not have time for that . Stations were dirty and I noticed they did not clean the stations in between customers. Horrible customer service. I asked to see a color sample and she flat out said no. The Experience I had there was flat out insulting.

Never in my life have I experienced this kind of pedicure… it was horrible to the point I just find it hilarious LOL.. they don’t use sterile or clean equipment at all.. nor a pedi spa liner.. He was going to use the “cheese grinder” on me and i could SEE the crust from the previous person.. thank god I did not use that… The man who did my pedicure literally would slap my feet as if i was some animal and kept pinching me while cleaning my cuticles.. I can’t believe I sat for that.. please don’t go to this place lmao …
I will never return to this nail salon after my experience today. This woman spent 45 minutes on my nails just to not fully remove my old polish, then tried to cover my old polish with the new polish. She gouged at my fingers with her finger nails trying to scrape off polish that she sloppily painted on my nails. Cut me multiple times with the mail dremel. When I told her I wasn’t paying $45 for the work she did, she told me that it’s my fault that I didn’t stop her while she was doing HER job to correct her on the service that she provides as her JOB. The owner of the salon insisted that I sit back down to get my nails redone, which unfortunately after spending over 2 hours at this salon between my pedicure (which was great) then my nails I didn’t have time to sit there for her to redo what she should have done correctly the first time. Laziness and ignorance at its finest. 0/10. Don’t recommend.
I asked for gel polish on my feet & the finish outcome was as if my 5yo child polished them. He tried to fix them and unfortunately they looked the same.
There's a reason why this place is empty.
