This was the last time that I will ever frequent this establishment! If I could give zero I would. There should have been a hint to them that they are losing business when what is usually a wait there was free reign of the establishment. The owners wife is rude and should be charged with stealing. You will need to watch this woman as she continued to subtly price gouge into the ridiculous. Well they will never receive another dime from me. Their work is substandard there is one young lady who sits at the back who does nails whose work appears to be of quality is excellent however she has a haughty attitude & is quick to talk in her native tongue because she mistakenly believes that one cannot understand her. This young lady proceeded to put acetone on my nails when she was simply asked to remove some of the acrylic . Because of her cell phone usage which is beyond unprofessional she ruined my nails and I simply did not have the time on that day to sit while she placed another full set on!! There is also a husband and wife who does excellent work with a pleasantly personality the husband's pedicures are awesome. If you want a quality owned establishment please seek another establishment!!

I will NEVER come here again. I came to get a pedicure. An older lady did it. My toe nails were uneven, uncut (I requested they be cut) cuticles were cut so far back, I'm bleeding. The lady showed no remorse as she was grabbing and pushing my legs roughly. I stopped the pedicure with no polish or anything. I was charged $30. When brought to Mike's attention he offered to have someone else finish but my toes are so sore. I can't go any longer. No apologies were given or anything.

This will be the last time I visit this establishment. I came in to get a pedicure. I had one back in January, went to another one last month. The Older Man did a horrible job. Kept getting upset, when I pointed out mistakes. I got to the register, and they say an additional $10??? You charged me $45 in January.

Being Greedy and Rude cost you a Customer.

I received the pearl pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was not in the least bit worth it. I received "the pearl" and added gel polish. He wasn't the least bit thorough. Just rubbed my

I used to go here every month, spent over $100 on a fill-in and pedicure and tip 18%-20% until the man that sits in the front and checks people in and out was rude and unprofessional to me. Long story short, I wasn't sure about the shape I wanted my nails. When the man shaped them coffin and asked me if I liked them, I said no. I told him I think I'd prefer them almond shaped. He got upset and yelled, "Well, why didn't you say you wanted almond shape then" and start aggressively clipping away the set he'd just put on. I understand him being upset because he did a lot of work and wasted product only for me to say I didn't like what he'd done, but I was new to wearing fake nails and wasn't sure about the different shapes and how to ask for them. I also would have tipped him extra for the inconvenience. I can understand the man's frustration and if he would have just said what he said, I would have been okay with that as he's allowed to express how he felt and I'm not a sensitive person, but what he said and how he said it, coupled with the way he aggressively clipped off my nails is what was rude and unprofessional to me. I definitely felt threatened and didn't want him to touch me again. I think he was upset too because after he had me soak off the set he'd just put on he sat me with another lady, which I was actually thankful for. I haven't been back to this place since. I only spend $125-$150 a month at businesses who treat me with respect, and that treatment for what happened was uncalled for and unacceptable. I'm only giving this place 2 starts because before the incident with the man at the register, I had several good experiences with other workers there.
