Excellent service. Very busy, so call ahead & book an appointment. My daughter loves going to this place. I have gotten a few sets done & always leave happy.

I had been searching for a nail salon in my new neighborhood and I’m happy I finally found one! I’ve been coming here for the past 5 months for all my nail service needs.

Receptionists are always polite and accommodating. I absolutely love Jaden for my pedicures and Tom or Cheata for my full sets. The salon is clean and the employees are professional. It’s not inside the mall, the entrance is on the outside and there’s a lot of parking available.

I called ahead to see if they took walk-ins and if they had someone available right away since I had another appt at 7pm and luckily, they did. I showed the technician the style I wanted, and she did a really good job. Pedicure was good as well. Everything has been good so far :)

I feel this place is prejudice towards people of color. I was asked to pay in the middle of getting a simple mani/pedi. I saw that other customers were not being asked to pay in the middle of the service. The lady said it was “so I wouldn’t ruin my nails” but it made no sense since she wasn’t even done with my nails when she asked me for my debit card. I felt so embarrassed and they definitely didn’t get a tip. Never coming back here again.

After various visits to this nail salon, i realized my experience depended on who actually did my nails. Each visit was an inconsistent outcome. I normally recieve a full set of acrylic nails with gel. Some sets were great and some, not so much. Sloppy sets or extremely thick nails, bubbles, crooked nails- i've paid $40+ for a mediocre set of nails. Unfortunately, i will no longer return.

Recently, i received a set of nails i was not happy with. What was bothersome was that the nail tech had suggested designs that i went along with because i trusted her creative recommendations. That was a mistake. It became apparent she only pushed for me to get designs to charge more. As you can see, the designs don't go together and were done poorly. I also had asked for matte black, i received glossy nails. The nail tech said it was about $48 and when i went to pay, the women at the front said $70. When i told the woman what the nail tech priced me, they had a brief chat and they priced me $65. I later looked at my receipt to discover she had charged me $70 anyway.

I returned the next day to have the designs removed as i decided not to keep them and i was told to come back the next day. I didn't understand why i couldn't wait my turn if they couldn't take me in then and there or suggest a later time as they have done before. I said okay and asked what time, i thought perhaps there's a certain time frame for services such as mine. The woman said they open at 10am, to call beforehand and see if there's availability. I was sent away and brushed off. The woman wasn't empathetic, apologetic, concerned- nothing.

I don't think their price points are an accurate reflection of their quality of services. And they displayed poor customer service with how they handled my concerns. As you can tell by the photo, i don't think this represents a $70 manicure. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I went for a fill, the window has a large simple menu outside stating $22 for fill. They fixed one broken nail, trimmed my cuticles, and had a coat of gel. I paid $60. Thought the work wasn’t bad, I still won’t come back I felt robbed.

First time going to this place. Service was good however I got cut by the lady doing my nails. Please make sure they are careful when they are cutting your cuticles
