I will never go to this place again. I visited this salon on Tuesday 8-23-22 and as you can see from the pictures of my nails. How the gel polish has bubbled up and chipped. Now I will say the only thing and when I say the only thing they got right were my feet. A young lady started doing my nails but when one of her customer's was finish with her pedicure she went to start doing her nails. The man that sits at the reception desk took over to finish up my nails. I was under the assumption that my nails would last me at least a good month but to my dissatisfaction they didn't last 4 days before the polish started to bubble. Let's just say the $86 that I paid will be the last $86 they will ever get from me.
I always get my pedicure here without prior appointment. The color will last me over a month. Pricing is pretty decent.
I will NEVER go to this salon again! The lady that did my nails cut me several times with the machine and was filing my nails super hard! I’ve never experienced something like this before and then she acted like she didn’t want to apologize. I had the worst attitude and my nails look like a rushed job with acrylic on the back of the clumped together! Never again.
I recommend getting there early if you need certain services because they pick up customer volume by 11a.m. I was there for a Pedicure today. My wait time was about 10-15 mins, not too bad. I had the older woman who was at the front desk. She was very gentle and attentive to my feet which I greatly appreciated. I didn't need anything extensive so for the overall time and care she gave I feel she did a great job. Kudos for the paraffin wax treatment towards the end. I'd definitely like to come back and try a manicure and maybe a wax service. The place was clean and I seen them sterilize the instruments so that was a +.
Please do not waste your money at this place. The old guy did my nails horribly with sticky polish and my pedicure was a whole ten minutes(I got the deluxe pedi) . Two of my nails are gone & it hasn’t been a week. I paid $117!!!! Keep yours!
My nails are just completely ugly. The color has thin and thick spots, uneven, had over flow, crooked. And the man that did them was constantly burning me with the machine. Went back and the owner tried to fix them but was unable to and just told me “I’ll fix them next time”. He should had completely remove them and started over for the amount of money I paid or gave me my money back. I’m so disappointed I will never go back there again.
I believe when choosing to touch somebody else’s body you should place care into that. The man that did my pedicure was rude and handled my feet with zero compassion. I chose this place because the lady I usually see was busy and needed my feet and nails done by the following day. I did not receive any sort of massage after my pedicure. The lady that removed my dip was clueless and I gave her a chance when placing another dip powder on. She messed them up beyond repair I walked out with a a clump of dip on my thumb and my nails broke. The dip powder then proceeded to crack! I spoke with the manager or owner and they wanted to fix them I had zero patience left and did not want this group of people to touch me anymore. I was so sad because I always give these places the benefit of the doubt. I even asked if she was having a hard time and she couldn’t understand me ???? I also witnessed several ladies get taken to a side room where they double dipped in their wax client after client no fresh wax was used. Please be aware
The quality of the service is good, the customer service isn’t great the older lady THREW the pod for my pedicure in my water from the register. She didn’t scoot my chair up so she can reach me, and as I was leaving she was literally in my personal space to wipe where my shoes was resting while getting my toes done. Lastly they watch to see if you’ll leave a tip. Although I was judged upon Arrival I will not be back.
